93: Route to destiny

★[Freya's POV]★

As I stood there, watching the wolf vanish into the trees, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of envy. The wolf was free to roam the woods, to explore and hunt as it pleased. Meanwhile, I was bound by my own limitations and uncertainties.

But I knew better than to follow the wolf. The woods were unfamiliar territory, and I didn't know what dangers lurked beyond the trees. As tempting as it was to give in to my curiosity, I knew that caution was the wiser choice.

So instead, I turned and made my way back to the safety of where I was coming from. As I walked, I couldn't help but wonder what other wonders and terrors lay hidden in the depths of the forest, waiting to be discovered. Perhaps one day, when I was better equipped to face them, I would venture out and explore this wild and untamed world. But for now, I was content to stay within the safety of my own boundaries, and dream of the adventures that awaited me.
