"I'm so sorry." My eyes opened and I found myself lying shirtless on my bed in my own room. A wave of confusion wrapped me instantly, I didn't remember the last spell of the night. Who brought me in here? As I squinted my gaze to scrutinize my memory to realize there was a page break. After that pill slipped down my throat, everything from there onward went blank.

I fished out my phone immediately from below the blanket and dialed Jade's number on it. As it appeared to me that it could be no one else than her. As she picked up the phone, I apologized quickly. The memory from last night flashed in front of my eyes like one of those creepiest dreams I wanted to erase from my mind.

"For what?" She asked me, innocently, and I wondered if the pill I had swollen had affected her memory.
