The four seasons are the young geniuses of their generation as well as among the society. Aikyo Ayumi is Spring because of her beauty resembling Spring and proficiency in both eastern and western magic, Ryosuke is Autumn because he is multitalented in exorcism and martial arts that are numerous like the everchanging colors of the leaves during the season. He is also the strongest out of the seasons and the most mysterious. And Kazuha is Winter because of her proficiency in martial arts. The one who is to be Summer will be revealed later.

They threw away their humanity. After Cai Kang disappeared, the other three were questioned by the villagers but upon trying to take them away, they resisted heavily.It is already a miracle that the three are getting by they all struggled to fight them off.
