I knew I was dreaming. Correction, I wasn’t only dreaming, I was walking around the forest. I dark, dense forest. And I could see a small cottage in front of me.

The voices were coming from there. I know I shouldn’t be going there, but I did.

“Who’s there?” I say. When suddenly, the door opened and there came an old lady.

“You’re here,” she says. She was very old. Very...very old. She had a thick stick with her, making her able to walk. She wore this black long gown. Her eyes were deep hazel. And wrinkles covered most of her face.

“Why’re you calling out to me?” I ask her.

“Because I’m the answer to all your questions, Little one.”

“H-Why would you think that I need answers?”

“Because I’ve been watching you. I’ve been watching you since you were a baby. I protected you.”

“You protected me? From what?”
