“When did you arrive?” Logan asked the skinny lady who was a three heads shorter then he was.

"Is that how to tell an old buddy welcome?" She asked, practically fucking him with her eyes. He could see her erect nipples from the flimsy gown she wore and damn!

He could smell her musk from his position. Of course she knew exactly what she was doing. “You are checking me out. Miss this?" She asked as he growled low in his throat and in no time,he had her back on the wall, staring into her eyes.

"You're one fûcking lady I can hardly do something about,and I'll tell you this last time, get__"

The door burst opened as Karen walked in,tears streaming down her cheeks........

Anger flooded all of Logan's being as his eyes narrowed on the tiny lady standing in the doorway. Her eyes shone brightly because of the falling tears.

"Get out." The order was clear and loud but Karen stood, staring at him. She didn't even know why she was here or why she'd sped away from the coyotes region to Logan's office.

Finally,she took her her eyes down,her sobs dying down finally. "Am sorry,I'd take my leave now." She said almost in a whisper before walking out.

Logan pushed away from the skinny lady and caught sight of her pout but everyone knew him. He wasn't capable of having any true feelings.

The only mate he'd had,had died and now__

"This should be the last time you step your legs here unannounced Selina. You may leave." He sank into his seat, sighing loudly and when he closed his eyes,the only image he saw was the agonizing look on Karen's face.

He jerked his eyes opened immediately, refusing to see the possible murderer of Kathleen in his dreams or imaginations.

Karen stretched, hitting the bedside lamp as she jerked awake. Sunlight poured in through the light weighted curtains which draped from one wall to the other.

Sitting up, she picked her phone and was surprised to see the tons of messages and calls she'd missed.

Checking her wall clock,she gasped. She'd practically slept half the day away.

The door opened and her mother walked through into the room with a basket filled with clothes.

"You're awake." Mrs Whitman managed a tight smile, moving towards Karen. "What happened yesterday?" She finally asked as Karen furrowed her brows.

Her brain felt as if it had been fried and dried up.

"I__i can barely recall what happened." Karen said lowly but she felt it within herself it wasn't a good day.

"You came home crying, looking so dirty." Mrs Whitman said but nothing popped into her head.

Shaking her head dejectedly,she looked at the window.

"I can't recall anything."

“i didn't think you'd resume today.” Dora said, typing on her phone as she giggled again. 

"Am I missing something?" Karen asked, trying to take a peek at what Dora was giggling at.

"Hey! You don't do that." Dora chided as they walked towards doc Smith's office.

"Okay am gonna say it once. Am going on a fûck date with Noel,am sure you know him. He's a sentinel at the cougars clan." She explained, trying to describe him.

Dora never missed a night at the club,it's no wonder she's always sexually sated except from heat period.

"Your luck." Karen said as she felt her nipples twitched. Her folds began to leak liquid as her entire system became hot.

"Karen,are you hurt? What's wrong?" Dora asked as Karen continued to walk down the hall, heading towards the boardrooms as she pushed one of the doors with so much force.

"What the hell!" One of the doctors screamed but kept shut when they noticed Logan standing up.

"Mine." Logan growled low in his throat, peering at everyone present.

They practically sprinted out as his eyes finally registered on the lady in front of him. He could smell her musk and God,it smelt like vanilla it self.

In two strides,he had her against the wall shoving her skirts down immediately as she gasped.

      "So much for sleeping too much." Bibi's voice rang out as mogan chuckled. "Yeah,yeah. What's popping on the news?" He asked, turning to look at her.

Yeah,he'd lost the ability to love and probably have a family but he respected Bibi. She's one of the few ladies he's scared to lose.

"The government just won't stop until they prey on Nintendo and all it's inhabitants." She replied as he closed his eyes.

Even if he'd left Nintendo for almost a decade, revealing their way of life or luring the government to them would be over his dead body.

He'd deal with Nintendo alone. Only him had the right to do that.

“What do you think is going on in there? Am really scared.” Dora said, stamping her feet on the floor as she paced to and fro.

Doc Smith only continued with his bandages, wiping the cut on his wrists. Though it'll heal quickly,he still applied the antiseptics.

“Whatever happens in there,we should be optimistic. He might end her and who knows end her mother." His tone held remorse and sadness.

He'd worked with Karen's father for years and had been good friends with the family but now,he'd distanced himself from them.

“We are not going to stand all day, waiting for her return. Work goes on.”

“What are you doing to me?” Karen asked breathlessly as Logan's hand drew circles on her little nub, pulling gently and pinching it very hard she almost came,from the impact.

“I should be asking you,what are you doing to me. Why did you barge in here unannounced?” he rasped quickly as her zipper came undone.

“Do you know what you're up to?” his member hardened more as it twitched, straining against the fabric of his pants.

"Fúck me and get done with it.” she whispered, clinging to him as they breathed into each other, fumbling with their dresses.

Logan pushed her off of him like mere contact of their skin burnt him. His eyes shone with fury as he held her throat, lifting her like she weighed nothing.

“What did you just say? And how did you get in here?" He asked,his eyes turning brown and black,pure evidence of the numerous traits in him.

As if realization hit her,she began to move away from the wall, seeking any exit but the peering eyes before her halted her steps.

What had she been thinking, calling out Kathleen's name? She closed her eyes and for a while, thought of apologizing but of course he'd never listen.

“I called kathleen.” she finally responded, waiting for his backlash. He'd surely go ballistic on her.

Apologizing never works on him if not,her father would not be six or ten feet under.

Tears burned the back of her eyes but she held it at bay.

"You have no right to mention her name." It came out like a scary growl but she'd heard and had worse.

"I have every right to call her name. She's my sister after all." She replied but his next words had her cowering back.

"A sister who murdered her so called beloved sister because of a man she can, and will never have." It stung deeply and he smirked as he registered the hurt look on her face and in her eyes.

“Yes still she's my sister and there's nothing you can do about it." That said,she pulled her clothes properly and walked out of the boardroom….

Night had fallen on the land and the sentinels had taken position at every nook and cranny of the boarders of Nintendo

Logan walked out of his bathroom with a black towel wrapped firmly around his waist. What would have happened if Karen had not mentioned Kathleen's name laid on his mind and joggled his thoughts.

What had he been thinking, pinning her to the wall and sliding his fingers into her?

Walking over to his wardrobe,he picked out a long robe before sliding it on.

“Any news from the human world?” he asked,sinking into the chair in front of the desk. "Not any I can think of, news is flying around." Jared said as Logan raised his head to look at him.

"News? What news?" He asked, furrowing his brows.

"About you meeting your mate. Your__"

"Send words to everyone in Nintendo, tomorrow am making a general announcement and make sure the Whitman are available."

"About__"

"Get lost!"

Quietness filled the room in the next few minutes as he flipped through papers.

His mate? A mate? A forbidden mate?

Fury burned in his vein. How dared they? She has finally succeeded in taking her sisters place, a place meant for a true queen like Kathleen.

It's just a pity the council was just if not she'd have been torn in shreds by his hands. His blood boiled but the thought of what he was going to do to her calmed him down.

Tomorrow, she'd be a mistake long gone..
