“Good morning” Vladimir smiled when he saw me walking inside the living room before breakfast.

“Morning”

I smiled when he got up and wrapped an arm around my waist, kissing my cheek. The two of us sat on the love seat by one another’s side as we waited for the rest of the family to wake up, him reading through something on his laptop while I scrolled through my phone.

Things have somewhat changed since the day we went out a month ago, and I had to say that they were getting better as days went by. The two of us had made it a habit of going out for coffee for at least an hour everyday, whether it was a café, or us just walking around with our drinks in our hands. Then he had surprised me when he decided to kiss my cheek goodnight a week ago, and since then, he’s been greeting me with kisses on my cheek every morning if no one was around.
