Brooklyn-

It has been a week since my heat finished. Every time I had another episode, Tate had been there and given me immense pleasure. I kept wanting more, but he kept arguing that it was just the heat talking. I knew he wanted me. I could see it by the bulge in his pants every time he was near me.

I haven’t had a chance to see him since my heat ended. I guess there was some other business he had to attend to. He was due back today and I was getting anxious. During the duration of my heat, he showed me a side of him that I didn’t think he ever had. He was tender and gentle. I kept waking up alone though.

Maybe that was normal for him, I don’t know, but it was annoying the hell out of me. His moods were up and down and I was beginning to think maybe I needed to end the contract now before things got out of hand. I had brought the idea up to Eric last night and he seemed to have been in agreement with me.

If I just broke the contract now, I could sav

Tatum- I wasn’t sure what to expect when Chasity issued her challenge. Brook accepting it, hadn’t been it though. On one hand, I had been looking forward to meeting her wolf, but I knew she had her reasons for keeping her wolf hidden. What was so special about her wolf, that she had to keep hidden though? It had been weird when she told me she shifted at ten years old, which was far too young for anyone to shift into their wolf. Would her wolf really come out though? I wasn’t so sure, considering she has been hiding for so long. “All challenges are to take place at the battle arena.” I said when Eric released Chasity. Looking at Chasity now, she looked like perhaps she bit off more than she could chew. That tough girl bravado was long gone. She actually looked scared right now. I don’t know why she thought it was a good idea to issue a challenge in the first place. Since the last time, she had her ass handed to her by Brook. Brook was the firs

Brooklyn-Now that Skye was out, I was thinking maybe it hadn’t been such a great idea. Everyone was staring at me like I was a freak or something. Whispers fell over everyone, all jumbled together so I couldn’t understand what anyone is saying. I heard Eric and Tate’s voices in the mix, but couldn’t understand what they said over the many other voices around the arena.Chasity hasn’t made an attempt to attack me since I shifted and I was thinking maybe it was a good thing. Skye and I were both nervous about the attention we were receiving. What was it that was so different about my wolf that everyone was acting this way? Had I been wrong to show Skye?I looked over at Chasity, who had her tail between her legs and was visibly shaking. Taking a step towards her, I froze in place when she took off in a dead run from the arena. She had been afraid of me. Not a basic fear that is normal for others, it was the kind of fear that ran deep

Tatum-The moment she crossed the border, I felt it. It was like a shock rushed through me. I wanted to go after her, to bring her back. Yet my feet wouldn’t move. I was planted firmly in place still stunned. Now I knew why it was such a big deal to hide her wolf. The Legendary Crescent Wolf had a lot of enemies and if word got out he had a daughter, she could be in a lot of danger. The biggest question was still going through my mind, was her father actually dead?It has been years since word of him has surfaced, but I could have sworn I heard something a few years after her father presumably died. I guess it could be possible she wasn’t his daughter, but it was also very hard to deny it.If I let her go, would she be safer if she stayed on the run? As Luna, she would have a large spotlight on her. If she ran, she could stay hidden and blend in. Rumors will spread if she stays here. It will bring a lot of heat to not only her but the pack as

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 67

Brooklyn-A twig behind me snapped, alerting me that one of the wolves was approaching me. Focusing my attention on the sounds coming from behind me, I tuned out the voices of Chad and his father talking. Whatever they were saying wasn’t that important, at least not to me.I heard the sound of a dried leaf being crushed, this time a little closer. Not bothering to turn around, I allowed my senses to concentrate on everything around me. I felt the wind gentle, yet just a bit chilly, whip around me like a soothing caress. There was a change in the atmosphere, I couldn’t exactly explain it, but it felt like it was about to snow. I know it is impossible to legitly smell snow, but I was sure I was smelling it. More or less it was the change in the humidity It was still early for winter, nevertheless in the Colorado mountains, it wasn’t unheard of to snow during every season. It sounded like a few other wolves that were surroundin

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 68

Tatum-The sight before me when I arrived was nothing short of extraordinary. I don’t think it was a matter of me arriving too late, from the looks of it. Standing in the middle of a large clearing, in the exact same place I found Brook, bloodied and broken, was Skye.It looked as if I just missed a massacre. There had to be at least twelve wolves sprawled out around her. I didn’t have to check for signs of life to know they were all dead. Every single one of them had their throats ripped out or some other vital organ.I couldn’t see any visible injuries on Skye, which made me remember the one time I have witnessed the destruction the Legendary Cresent Wolf was capable of. At this moment, there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that she was his daughter. The way she stood her ground against the wolf she was facing, was the exact same he had stood when I met him when I was about four or five. She was so calm and regal as if nothing in

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 69

Brooklyn-As much as I tried, I couldn’t wrap my head around Tate being my mate. Nor about how different he was being towards me. He admitted to wanting me, but now all I could think was why. Was it because he saw my wolf? All of a sudden things changed and I didn’t know what to believe. My main concern right now was making sure nothing happened to him. I was sure he could take care of himself, but just the thought of him getting hurt had Skye and me on edge. Skye was practically screaming that she has a mate. Her excitement was driving me insane. How could I focus, with her being so excited about Tate being our mate?I didn’t understand her. She had been mad I even let him mark me, but now she was practically rejoicing he was our mate. I am beginning to think she didn’t even know what he has put us through the past few months. Albeit, not all of it was bad, but it wasn’t good either.Nothing like how anyone at Lunar Eclipse

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 70

Brooklyn-It was Tate’s voice that snapped me back to reality. What was I doing? This wasn’t me. Even after everything Chad has done to me, I have never wished him harm. It was one thing to defend myself, but this was something different entirely. Taking a step back, I watched as Chad struggled to get up.“Brook?” Tate spoke again, this time sounding closer.I looked over at him to find he was in human form. The fact he was naked didn’t faze me at all at this moment. It wasn’t like this was the first time seeing a man naked, especially after a shift. It was natural for our kind. What caught my attention though, was the look in his eyes.Concern was etched across his features. I didn’t have to ask to know it was I, he was concerned for. I had lost myself for a moment and was willing to let my anger and frustration take over my own morals. I had only ever wanted to make sure what happened to me before didn’t h

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 71

Tatum-After we arrived at the packhouse, Brook went straight up to her room without a word. I wanted to stop her, but with everything she has been through, I figured she needed some time to herself. Going into my office, it didn’t take long for Eric to barge in.“What happened?”“She had a run-in with her old pack.” I answered while deleting all the files I had on my computer, related to the contract between Brook and me.“You can’t just tell me that and not explain what the hell happened.”I didn’t feel like it was my place to tell him what happened, though I suppose I did owe him some explanation.“When I found her, she had already wiped out twelve wolves or so. I think you would have been proud of her. She has come a long way since when she arrived. Honestly, I couldn’t remember a time even I had been impressed. I took out the Alpha Mathew, though he was no longer the Alph

Brooklyn-“Are you okay in there?” I heard Tate ask from just outside the bathroom door. For probably the fifth time in the past couple of days since Tate woke up, I have been hovering over the toilet. It was like I had this urge to throw up, but nothing would happen. I couldn’t even make myself throw up, even when I tried.I don’t know what was going on, all I knew is I felt miserable. Even thinking about food made me sick to my stomach. Yet when I did eat, it was as if I was starved or something. This completely sucked and I just wanted it to be over.“I don’t know.” I answered honestly. The doorknob shook, but I was thankful I at least had half the mind to lock it. The last thing I wanted was for Tate or anyone for that matter to see me like this. As far as I knew werewolves didn’t get sick in the same way humans did, but after doing some research on the computer, I was sure that maybe I had the st

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 124

Brooklyn- As soon as I felt his mouth, I nearly orgasmed at the very second. It has been far too long since I have had felt so much pleasure from him. Until he showed me the true meaning of desire, I had been perfectly fine, now it was as if I craved his touch every second of every day. My head fell back as he licked and sucked at my clit. My mind practically turned to mush as he did so, making it nearly impossible to form a sensible thought. Just when I thought I could take as much as I possibly could, he pulled my hips towards him until I was right on the edge of the counter. Out of pure reflex alone, I moved my hands to grab the edge of the counter and hold on as if my life depended on it. He lifted one of my legs and placed it over his shoulder, giving me just a bit more balance. Or at least I thought that was his intention until I felt his tongue slide from my clit and move down until it reached my entrance. In one fluid motion, he thrust his ton

Tatum-I could tell something was bothering Brook, but I couldn’t tell what it was. As much as I wanted to press on it, I kept my mouth shut. The way she nibbled on her bottom lip made me think whatever was going on in her head, she needed to come to terms with on her own time and decide if she wanted to tell me.Patiently I waited, leaning up against the kitchen counter, while she began to pace in the kitchen. I had thought maybe I could get in a shower and then take her to bed to have my way with her, but then she started acting a bit strange. It was moments like this that I wish I was a mind reader.“I haven’t been fair to you.” Brook said when she finally quit pacing.“What do you mean?” I asked, raising one of my eyebrows and tilting my head ever so slightly to the side. She didn’t respond right away, just started biting down on her bottom lip. It made me start to feel a little nervous myself, though I

Brooklyn-I waited until the auditorium cleared out before I looked over at my father. He was watching me intently the entire time, but I tried to ignore it. I don’t know why, but it annoyed me that he spoke up on my behalf. I wanted to show that I could take initiative on my own, but now I think everything was put to rest because of who my father was.“Did I say something wrong?” He asked when I just looked at him without saying a word.Taking a deep breath, I tried to calm myself before speaking. It wasn’t that I wasn’t happy to see him, I just wanted to make a name for myself. Now everyone knew who my father was and I wasn’t sure if others would respect me because of what I did and not who I was or who I was related to.Until recently I have been on my own. For the first time, I thought I was strong enough to be able to stand on my two feet and lead everyone. Now the question would always be there, was it I or my fat

Tatum- I wasn’t sure how Axel and I managed to get out of the state we were in, but when I had woken up and found Brook laying over me, the how didn’t matter. I was back and that was the only thing I cared about at the time. When I told her I was willing to give up my title for her, I had thought she would have agreed to it. It would have probably been a good idea to give it up either way, so I could focus on her, but I also loved being Alpha. I felt as if there was still so much more I could do as Alpha. Taking the hand, she held out to me after she asked her question, I accepted it without a word. Together, hand in hand, we made our way to the auditorium. The halls were empty, so I suspected everyone else was at the meeting, which I was kind of glad about. The idea of surprising everyone was sounding better and better with each step we took. This wasn’t the kind of reunion I had wanted when I woke up, then again nothing in my life has ever gone acco

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 120

Brooklyn- “It is time.” Eric said, as soon as I opened up the door to the room I was staying in with Tate. I had known that it was bound to come, but I had spent all night trying to reach Tate. When Eric had told me that the Elders were going to strip Tate of his Alpha role, I felt as if my world was disintegrating around me. On one hand I couldn’t care less about being Luna. On the other, I knew how much it meant to Tate by being Alpha. “We just need a little more time.” I whispered, feeling as if my heart was breaking. “I know, but they aren’t going to give it to us.” Eric said, sounding just as defeated as I felt. “He is going to wake up, I just know it.” I said, looking up at him and hoping there was something he could do. “I want to believe that, but we have to be realistic. It has been a week and there is still no change. I am not saying I don’t think he will never wake up, but we need to start looking at the possibility it could

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 119

Tatum-“Brook!” I screamed, watching as the life faded from her eyes.I had been so sure I could protect her. The doubts I had, I pushed away, and I gave into believing she was strong enough to protect herself. When we entered the warehouse, she had been so nervous that I had no choice but to keep myself calm, at least for her sake. The worse part of it all, I couldn’t get to her. It was almost as I was frozen in time, unable to move. I just had to stand here and watch the one I gave my heart to fall to the ground lifeless. As hard as I tried, I couldn’t make my feet move forward. As she now laid there, unmoving, I kept trying to get to her. My body felt weak like it was being weighed down by an unseen force. My heart was beating wildly in my chest, feeling as if it was going to explode at any moment.“Don’t die! I can’t lose you too!” I screamed, continuing to try to force my body to move.&ld

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 118

Brooklyn- Three days passed by and still no signs of Tate waking up. According to the pack doctor, she wasn’t sure if he even would wake up. I found out that wolfbane doesn’t just attack us physically, but it could also attack our wolf. Unless Axel can come out of it, there may be a chance that Tate could die. Even with the wolfbane completely removed, Tate wasn’t out of the woods yet. I have been staying in the hospital room with Tate, hoping that I would be there if he woke up. I have tried many times to reach him, even Skye has tried reaching Axel, but we have had no luck. As much as I wanted to be in the room until Tate woke, I had to take on the duties as Alpha, since I was Luna. At first, I hadn’t known the first thing about leading the pack, but Eric has been at my side nonstop. We still had no idea what happened to Ryan. I currently had a couple of warriors out searching for him and his guards, but it was as if he just disappeared off the face

  • Contract Luna   Chapter 117

Brooklyn-“Brook…” I heard Eric say aloud, yet it sounded so far away.“I don’t think she can hear you.” Another voice said, but I was unsure of who was speaking, as that voice sounded far away as well, but also slightly unfamiliar.“Is there anything you can do for him?” I heard Eric ask.“Not here I can’t. We need to get him back to the pack. There is some sort of poison on the blade.” I heard Jarod say. That is when everything clicked, I was still latched on to a very dead Shane. I had been so focused on what I was doing that I allowed myself to become oblivious to everything else. Tate had been stabbed and I didn’t even know if he was okay. Releasing Shane, I took one last look and saw that he was indeed very much dead. When I turned, I found Eric, my father, and Jarod surrounding Tate, who was still laying on the ground unconscious. Jarod was examining the blade th
