The white snake crawled up on my feet, its red crests blazing high. It looked at me like a god looking down at his commoners.
"Do you need more water?"
The snake could talk, and I saw it open its mouth like a human. So for a moment, the people who speak up are it. It is beyond my imagination. The werewolf world does not have much understanding of other species. What's more, I don't even know how I can hear it.
"I'm Mewo. You can call me Mr. Mewo if you want." The snake said.
I swear to God. I don't hate snakes, but that doesn't mean I can accept a talking snake right in front of me. I threw it to the ground with my hands. Maybe it's because I'm so panicked that I use so much power that it rolls a long way. The arrogant red crests were tinged with contaminated soil, but its body was as clean as if it had never touched the ground. When the panic passed, I stood up and wanted to take the opportunity for the snakes still surrounding Mewo to leave.
After taking the momentum twice, I jumped up to the crater. I want to get away with running back to the beta shack looking for Colnaz. But no, my legs had just reached the grass, and immediately, a more potent force pulled my entire body back into the hole. At the feet of the snakes tightened into a long connected chain. I wanted to jump up to the crater again. I don't believe they can stop me.
After three consecutive failed attempts, I ultimately gave up the thought of running away from them. Breathing heavily to regain my strength, I sat on the ground, wanting to compromise.
"Mr. Mewo, are we fighting each other directly?" I talked.
It rushed as fast as the wind wrapped tightly around my neck, and lay still on it and didn't want to leave. I put my hand up and tried to pull it out, but I couldn't.
"Mr. Mewo," I called.
"You have been chosen," he said in an arrogant voice.
I sighed, "I don't need to be selected. You let me go."
"The contract has been signed, forever irrevocable."
"But I still do not yet agree," I argued.
"Close your eyes, you can see the difference," Mewo said.
"No. I don't want to contract with anybody," I said.
"You have been chosen. You can break the king's contract unless you die," Mewo said firmly.
The world of the leader is weird as long as they want, the weaker force listens to them. Why do the weak always have to obey orders and not refuse? I wouldn't say I hate impotence in all situations because I'm a slave. What I hate the most is the supremacy of the king that no one has the right to infringe upon.
I took the stone into my hand, "Then die together."
"You're crazy," Mewo shouted.
Despite the screams, he was still lying dormant on my neck or trying to test his liver to see how I was going and how he was going to die. Of course, I won't be able to die now, but I'm already too disdainful of Mewo. Apart from saying you're crazy, nothing else has changed. It still clung to me as if it had reached the new host.
The blood on my hands was still flowing incessantly, but the snakes took every drop to drink. The excitement that seemed to be having their party gave me a headache. Facing them made me even more tired than being chased in the training forest. I'm not afraid of the enemy, but I'm so scared of stubborn people. Because they can do everything for their own purposes until they have a new effect. Willows are weak yet they bind other wood and seemed useless, and I stopped the bleeding in my hand and sat up.
"Mr. Mewo. I can't help you." I whispered.
I don't even know how to live and die. I don't have the time or energy to help anyone else. Any contract, once formed, must be related to each other. The snake king's contract is not simply over to killing a person. Jame and I had a new grudge again. It wouldn't have happened if he hadn't thrown me down here.
"Just let me follow you. You don't have to do anything for me," Mewo said.
"Then you choose someone else. I'm busy. Besides me, you're not safe," I tried to convince.
"The signed contract cannot be abolished. That's the king's power," Mewo insisted firmly.
"I'm King David's prisoner,"
"It's okay. I know,"
"Mewo. I can't take you with me," I said depressedly.
"Oh, don't worry. I can hide anywhere on you. As long as you agree not to kick me out," he chirped.
"Why me, Mewo?"
"You'll know later, now is not the time,"
"Ok, now I want to get out of here, Mewo."
I had just finished, and the snakes followed each other and made the stairs. Mewo reminded me to step on them. King David and Jame saw how I got out of the hole just in time. I just put my foot out of the hole and saw them standing there. David's eyes squinted dangerously, and he stared at my neck for a moment and then moved his eyes. Instinctively, I knelt in front of David. Except for the closest soldiers, anyone who met the king had to bow his head.
"This punishment seems a bit light," Jame said.
In my heart, I cursed the perverted Jame a thousand times. It was because of him that I encountered the stubborn Mewo. Let's see if I'll have a way to make him suffer.
"Take it back to the palace." King David gave the order.
Jame tied my hands together with an iron chain. He rudely pulled me even though I was kneeling on the ground. My body lost momentum and couldn't get up. While no one noticed I touched my neck, Mewo was gone. Is the snake king afraid of the wolf king? If I had the chance, I'd ask him this.
"I'm not going to be afraid of that idiot," Mewo whispered in my head.
I found out that Mewo and I could talk through thoughts. As long as I want what I want it can be understood and vice versa. It must have been the miracle of the contract with the king. I wish I could do this to David. At least I'll understand what he thinks, making it easy for me to destroy him quickly.
Jame continued to starve me again, and he deliberately refused to feed me for several days. In the afternoon, the curtains were pulled up rough. The whole darkroom suddenly lit up. My eyes narrowed slowly to adapt. In contrast to the light, she looks like the goddess from hell. Brucer's face was completely covered in darkness, I couldn't feel the emotional oscillations on her.
"Misa. Follow me," Brucer whispered.
"This is impossible, Brucer. The mark of slavery cannot be erased," I replied.
"Why would you want to kill my brother?"
My silence quietly released the angry beast in Brucer. She grabbed me by the neck and forced me to look straight into the turquoise eyes preparing for the storm.
"You have to be my Alpha, Misa. You won't get away."
The curtains were pulled up again, and King David entered. He took Brucer's hand, squeezing her tightly, and pulled her out. David used a high-class silk handkerchief to scrub Brucer's hand. After he had determined that it was clean, he relaxed.
"Brucer. Don't get your hands dirty." David said softly.
Brucer bewilderedly dropped her hand, and each time she was uncomfortable, her ears would turn red. Perhaps Brucer had noticed the erratic feelings in David. Love in the face, there is no way to hide it. The more I was sure King David loved his sister. He had never expressed concern for anyone but Brucer. But they are brothers; for werewolves, this is impossible. More specifically, David is the king; his task is to maintain the race. I'm getting more interested in this; there seems to be a path ahead for me to step up. I decided to deal with David tonight.
"David. I want him." Brucer pointed at me.
Looking angry, David turned his back and compressed his anger into his heart. His big back, his hands clasped together, seemed miserable.
"Brucer don't expect me to agree to this." David roared.
"Why?" Brucer asked.
David didn't answer, and he pulled out the rope hanging from the wall and whipped me hard. My hands hugged my head, and I wasn't strong enough to fight King David head-on. Moreover, I needed to prove myself uselessly weak in the face of David's battles in front of Brucer. Let her believe I was being bullied. David made no secret of his cruelty whenever he couldn't control the wolf's nature. I understand the type of person Brucer wants; she likes romantic lightness. The more he tried to maintain the cruelty; the more Brucer moved away from David. David's move made him uglier in Brucer's eyes.
"Stop, David." Brucer shouted.
Phi da.
David stopped his hand; the whip printed countless deep holes in my body. I couldn't count how many more wounds there were, my eyes closed and tired. I fell asleep in front of Brucer's worried eyes. Fortunately, at least Brucer still cares about me.
In the evening, someone shoved my leg and forced me to wake up. According to the light shining from the window, I saw Colnaz's figure. He brought some bread and wild peaches. He didn't seem to be in good luck today. The diet for beta enslaved people is calculated according to work productivity per day, at most two parts of beef noodles and the blood of purebred Alpha. The worst is what Colnaz is bringing to me.
I know he's no better than me. I divided the bread and wild peaches into two parts with Colnaz. For enslaved people like us, eating well was a luxury.
"The soul in Brucer."
I signaled to Colnaz, a unique form of language that only we can understand. Yesterday, I took a signal for Colnaz, and he knows it.
"We only have one more month," Colnaz said.
It was an order from Otis, my grandfather. It took Colnaz and me more than two years to get into the palace. How could we kill David in a month? Obviously, before that my grandfather had given me five years. It's not true; something's going on but I don't know about it.
POV DavidPower makes me strong, but it doesn't make me happy. I found Misa again, but she couldn't remember who I was. The doctor diagnosed a compulsive disorder caused by the effects of a mental shock that made her not want to recall the past. It makes my heart afraid of suffering. She said she wasn't Misa; her name was Brucer. Brucer never initiated a meeting with me. Most of the time I went to her myself. Later that day, to meet Brucer I had to give advance notice. And it has never been accepted. I still thought she was embarrassed and shy until she took the initiative to meet me."I want him," Brucer said.I panicked. What was Brucer saying? I watched the slave Alpha standing in the middle of the floor. His petite figure, blond hair, and low head made it impossible to see his face. But the king of Aria lost to an enslaved person, which was unacceptable. It broke the beginning of a man like me. "Come here, servant." I gave the order. He slowly moved forward step by step with reservations. Just a lowly man. How could he be like me? That's what I thought about it. I was still thinking about using words to make fun of him in front of Brucer. But in the blink of an eye, the shadow rushed towards me sitting. My chest was stabbed hard by someone. There was no need to wait long. His face elongated, skin white, a

POV Misa.I saw the tunnel back to my attic from the darkness, not too far away. The wind from behind carried the strong scent of wolves that made me unable to stop being alert. I stretched out to speed up the glide quickly into the cellar. The smell of sewage coming into my nose did not scare me with the feeling of danger coming from behind. They're scattering people who want to surround me in the middle, and if there's a circuit running straight ahead of me, I can't escape the Jame net trap. I remember the direction down to the cave where most of us used to shower in the evening. For a moment, I decided to change direction, I licked the blood under my feet and calmly watched the wound quickly heal. The night wind passed by when I stepped on my heels backward, turned left, and plugged my head straight.
The next day I was led by Brucer to a private party in King David's palace, and even though I was walking next to Brucer, I couldn't look at him. Inside it was just me, King David, and his sister Brucer, Jame standing guard outside the door with the long whip always in his hand."Brucer, come here."The solid masculine voice made my blood boil as if to boil. A little later, I tried to control the wolf screaming inside me. God knows how long I've been waiting for this. Brucer let my hand out; she quickly swooped into King David's lap like a small child of course Brucer would not forget to introduce me to David."Did you want to marry him?" sir David reiterated as if to confirm.Brucer kept nodding his head nonstop and talking about the good things about me in front of him
