Prologue

Midnight. What is going on? The two pairs of eyes keep on analyzing what's in front of them — a crescent moon and a field full of flowers. "There's nothing interesting here to see," the boy said while his eyes dancing.

"Nothing? Look at these beautiful flowers. Look at the moon! Isn't it beautiful? Isn't it?" the girl said while her beautiful eyes reflecting the moonlight shine "Ugh, I hope I have my body, so I can run freely here" the girl said while pouting. "You think you're the only one?" the boy replied.

The girl name is Zia and the other one is Vic and yes, they are conjoined twins, suffering from birth called Dicephalic Parapagus[1] a rare form of partial twinning where there are two heads side by side on one torso.

"But the question is, 'Where are we?'" Vic asked. "I don't know, and I don't want to go back"

"Me neither".

Fifteen years of pain, discrimination and measly existence extended to their family members, they'd put so much effort but still to no avail.

"Hey Zia"

"What?"

"Do you think... We are dead? And this is the afterlife?" Vic asked while pondering.

"I hope so," Zia answered while gleefully smiling, "Are you serious? This is not the time to joke around, you know!?" he keeps on staring at her sister while his eyebrows knitting. "You know my little lovable brother, it doesn't matter if we live or die," she extends her arms, "look this is paradise."

"But it is dark and the moon is our only light," Vic keeps on analyzing the situation. "And there's no one here. But you... and me," the boy said nervously. The girl extends her hands and caressing his little brother face. "Yes," a long pause and said "just you and me, never be apart. Body and soul. Death to afterlife," a grim smile appeared. And they walk to the garden of flowers.
