He was so fast and agile that he avoided anyone who passed by. Because if he was nudged, he would flee and be apprehended by the horde of people chasing him.

His black beady eyes peeked out from behind a tree for a moment, as the roof of the house he was standing on happened to be facing a towering tree. Afterward, he breathed a sigh of relief. For a brief moment, he sat down until the situation returned to normal.

One hand stretched up, revealing a stolen object that was in fact a packet of bread.

"Haha, my life was wasted being a thief when I was young." He was deliberately laughing at himself for not long ago choosing such a poor way of survival.

Fortunately, when he stole, his face was obscured by the hood of the jacket that was attached to his body.

"Pathetic." He finished the stolen bread, then jumped away. Standing for a moment in front of a fairly grand house. However, there was no sign of life inside. When stepping inside, one was only greeted by silence and darkness.
