Chapter 51: Broken and Freed
Dante and I were spending our Sunday in a leisurely and lazy fashion. We were lounging around the pack house, eating, watching movies, and essentially spending the time bonding together while I kept my tummy on display for Dante to rub, kiss, and talk to the pups the entire time.
No one was supposed to be at the pack house today except for the Alpha and Beta and their families, which consisted of myself and Joan at the current time. Joan was sick and I was very pregnant so it was a very relaxed day. Jackson spent most of the day up in his and Joan’s living quarters but came downstairs to the great room where we had been lounging all day watching movies to visit when he couldn’t sleep anymore.

The family barbeque was enjoyable to say the least. We received many strange stares from pack members as the three of us, Callen, Dante, and I, laid in the large lounge chair together. We didn’t care though, everything felt so…right and so natural!
