“When Val was sixteen, he just woke up one day and decided that he was going to be a goth.”

“Oh god,” Valiant muttered under his breath.

“Imagine this,” Allister continued. “We’re all sitting at the table, waiting for him so we can have breakfast before they head to school. He comes down the stairs, dressed in black. Black jeans, a black shirt, a black leather jacket, and even black shoes. His hair was sticking up at all ends.” He paused for dramatic effect. “And he was wearing eyeliner.”

I looked at Valiant, trying to imagine him wearing eyeliner with his hair gelled.

“Do you have photos?” I asked Ben.

“Of course,” Bee exclaimed. “I couldn’t let him leave without taking a few.”

“I’d like to see them.” I smiled at her. “All of their embarrassing moments.”

“Do you have any embarrassing moments Daisy?” Sylvia questioned.

My eyes instantly lowered to my plate. “Not that I can remember.”

“You don’t remember anything about your childhood?”

Elias squeezed my thigh while Valiant rubbed

I'm glad Daisy stood up for herself. I wish she could see what a perfect match she is for the guys. Alex has really done a 180. He's ready to go all in with Daisy-girl. All three of the guys are so cute with her.

I like this side of Alex. It’s interesting he’s the most active in the story trying to court her now.

“Are you sure it’s wise to start a relationship with her?” I paused briefly before I continued filling the lunchbox with leftover food for them to take home. “I’m a little too old for you to be preaching to me.”“I’m not preaching,” he said softly. “I’m just asking whether you think it’s a wise choice to start a relationship with Daisy.”“Why are you asking?”Dad Logan handed me another bowl. “You’re connected by your past. She’s a little girl you failed to save.”I growled at him. “Believe me, she’s anything but a little girl.”“Elias.”“Our past is not an issue.”“But it might be in the future,” he said. I rolled my eyes. “It won’t be. Daisy and I already talked about it when we first met. There are no issues and there won’t be any regarding our past.”He sighed. “I just don’t want you to go through what you did with-”“Don’t,” I warned softly. “We agreed never to mention her name again.”Nodding, he took the filled lunchbox and placed the lid on. For a few minutes, we worked toge

And I thought sex with Alex was amazing. Aftershocks still ran through me. I sucked in shaky breaths, trying to get my mind to focus again, but it was no use. The toy was still inside me and so was Elias. Thankfully Val had turned the vibrations down. My clit was over-sensitive, my body too numb to move a muscle. But I wanted to do it again. I moved my hips just a little, but it was enough to make his cock move inside me. I bit my lip and did it again. Elias groaned a low sound that made my stomach clench and unconsciously my pussy too. He stirred, slowly raising his head to look down at me. Hooking my leg over his hip again, I stared at him as I rolled my hips. His pupils dilated, lips parting slightly as he sucked in a breath. “Again?” he questioned. I gave him a slight nod. He looked at Val. Shifting on the bed, Val reached between us and slowly removed the toy. I gasped when the vibrating tip brushed against my clit as he pulled it away. “More?” Val questioned. I insta

I couldn’t sleep. My eyes stayed glued to Daisy’s face, watching as sleep took her. Soon after Val followed and I tried too, but I couldn’t. My body was wired, my mind racing with the events of the night and what had been said. But the worst of all, I was afraid to go to sleep in case I woke up from a nightmare and accidentally ended up hurting Daisy. The nightmares always hit unexpectedly. Sometimes I was lucky enough to go days without them. I knew that the moment I closed my eyes the demons would sneak up on me. I could feel it. And it was all because Dad Logan had opened the door I kept tightly locked. I didn’t want to think about the past, but I couldn’t help it. To top it all up, my mind has been filling up with doubts about our relationship with Daisy. I couldn’t help but wonder if maybe they were right. What if my bond with Daisy is stronger than her bond with my brothers just because we spend too much time together? What if she secretly blames me for what happened bac

“There’s someone at the door, Val.”There was a loud thud, followed by curses. “Do you have the iPad? Are you checking the camera?”I nodded, clutching the tablet tighter as I stared down at the man standing outside the door. “It’s a m-man,” I whispered as if he could hear me. “He’s wearing a cap and a black hoodie. He rang the bell but hasn’t looked at the camera.”“Okay, where are you?” he asked. “I-In Alex’s office.” I licked my lips. “Elias placed the tablet on charge in the office before he left.”“Where is he?” The man moved, snapping my attention towards the screen again. He pulled something out of his pocket and slid it under the door. For a few seconds, he remained in the same position, ear almost pressed to the door. “Daisy?”“He pushed something under the door.”“Did you see what it is?” There was a strange note to his voice. “L-looks like an envelope.”“Where’s Elias, petal?” he repeated his question. “H-he went out to…to…I can’t remember.” Val cursed under his brea

Why the hell did he leave her alone? What if that man got into the apartment? We had no idea who the fuck was after her, so we didn’t know what the hell that man had planned for Daisy. What if he was there to kidnap her, to hold her for ransom like they had done when she was just a little girl?I shook my head as soon as the question flashed through my mind. John owed a lot of people money so it wouldn’t be a surprise for any of them to target his family. But what I couldn’t understand was why they would target Daisy specifically. She’s an omega. But so was Isabella. She would be a better fit because she was constantly in the public eye. Most photos of John in the media were either with his daughter or Daisy’s mother. Why weren’t they being targeted? It also made me wonder whether it was actually related to John. He had been the subject of our focus since he stole my money. Maybe we were looking at the wrong people. Pressing the speed dial button on the steering wheel, I called V

Someone’s phone was vibrating. An irritating sound that pulled me out of my sleep. The mattress dipped as Val sat up with a low groan and reached for the phone on the bedside table. “Hello?” he answered hoarsely. “This is him.”He fell silent but I felt his body tense. Running a hand through his hair, he took a few steps away from the bed but froze. “When?” Val paused again. “Is he okay? How long ago? Okay. I’ll meet you at the front desk.”Hanging up, he dropped his phone back on the bedside table and then leaned down to shake Elias’s shoulder and then mine. “What?” Elias groaned, turning onto his front. I sat up and reached for him. Val swallowed loudly, eyes darting between Elias and me. “Dad called,” he said softly. “There’s been an accident.”Elias was instantly on alert. “Are they okay?” “It’s not them.” He paused. “It’s Alex.”My heart dropped to my stomach, the air locked in my throat and tears instantly filled my eyes. Panic clawed up my throat, making it impossible f

“Can you drive?”My eyes snapped up. “What?”“Can you drive?” Alex repeated his question softly. He was propped up against the pillows, the bandage on his arm had been removed, revealing the ugly red scrapes he had gotten from the broken glass and twisted metal.“N-No,” I muttered, flushing bright red when his lips twitched.“You’re telling me that you’re an eighteen-year-old who has never gotten behind the wheel. Weren’t you even a little curious about driving? Owning your own car?”I shifted uneasily in the chair. “Not much of an outgoing person, remember?”“I know. But seriously, you’ve never wanted to learn?”I shook my head.“Why?”“I’ve just never gotten the urge to learn how to drive. It would have been useless since I barely leave the house, and I’m fine with that.”He nodded slowly. “I wish you knew though,” he muttered. “I want to go home.”“The doctor hasn’t given you a go ahead, yet. He said that you’ll be staying here until the test results are back.”Alex sighed. “Well,

It was like I had my own personal nurse. I loved how attentive she was. I loved the way she looked at me as she took care of me. I was now more sure than ever that she was the perfect omega for us. Now I just had to try and figure out how to make her see that. The courting gifts didn’t seem to be helping. A sigh fell from my lips as I watched Daisy move around the kitchen. Elias had been teaching her to cook and she had been getting good at it, although she still needed to work on a few things. My eyes dropped to my phone. There had been no word from Aiden yet. It hadn’t been easy to make the decision to agree to Aiden’s plans, especially when it required placing Daisy in danger. The plan was simple, but there were still too many loopholes. They needed to be able to ensure Daisy’s safety before we went ahead with it. I wanted John to rot in hell. I wanted the bastard to get out of our lives so we could move on. Daisy’s exclamation of pain made me snap out of my thoughts. I pa

The moment I opened my eyes, I realized that something was different. I felt different. Blinking up at the ceiling, I took slow deep breaths as I evaluated things. Besides from a few aches and pains, nothing about my body felt any different. I was sore from all the fucking we had been doing the previous night and the bond marks throbbed. Val’s mark hurt a little more than the others, but I was sure that it was because he hadn’t nursed it enough yet. I glanced at Val who was still fast asleep next to me and then silently slipped out of bed. Walking into the bathroom, I hesitated a moment before I turned towards the mirror. My eyes widened. Stumbling forward, I leaned forward to get a closer look. Raising a shaky hand I traced the raised skin of the mark with my finger tip. Out of all the places, he had to mark me on my left breasts directly over my nipple. It was going to be hell when he nurse his mark. I sighed. Using the toilet, I washed my hands and splashed my face with some

Elias knew what he was doing. Other than me who was starting to second-guess everything. I wasn’t so sure about my plan anymore. Insecurities were starting to fill my mind.I swallowed as I stared down at the toys Elias had placed on the end of the bed. Along with it was a bottle of lube, some towels and a packet of wipes. The lamps next to the bed were switched on, creating a soft glow around the room. One curtain had been closed and the other was half open, letting in some more light.“They should be home any minute now,” Elias said softly. “Wait here. I’ll send him to his room when they get back.” He smirked as he walked out of the room.I stood awkwardly by the bed, eyes darted around the room. Should I take a seat on the bed? Do a sexy pose like they do in the movies? It felt like forever before I heard voices coming from the kitchen. I waited a few more minutes and when Val didn’t appear, I made my way towards them.Only he wasn’t with them in the kitchen.Frowning, I glanced

“I’m not sure how I feel about this. You spend most of the time taking care of them and now you carry both their marks. It should have been fare if I got to mark you first.”I swallowed as Val slowly stalked closer.“I think I might need to hurt myself too.”“Don’t talk like that Val!” I frowned at him. “You don’t have to do anything to get my attention.”He raised an eyebrow. “I don’t?”“You have my attention now.”“Yeah, but for how long?”“However long you want it.”Valiant smiled but it slipped the moment Elias appeared. Muttering under his breath he turned and then fell back onto the bed I had been busy making.I glared at him, but he ignored me.“Your mother called,” Elias said softly. “She wants you to return home immediately.”I blinked at him. “I’m sorry, I think I misunderstood. My mother who has been ignoring me for most my life, wants me to return home?”“Yes.”“Why?”Elias shrugged. His eyes darted to Val for a few seconds before the locked on me again. I blushed under hi

I was glad that Alex had done bonded Daisy before she could run away.It was going to take some time for Daisy to work on her issues, but we were going to be by her side every step of the way.Although I had imagined a different kind of bonding when Daisy said that she wanted us to bond her.A sigh fell from my lips as I turned onto my side.Daisy was snuggled between Alex and Val, fast asleep. My eyes locked on her shoulder. The wound was ugly red and stood out against her pale skin. I swallowed and forced my eyes away from her bond mark. After hesitating for only a second more, I slowly slid out of bed and walked out of the nest.A few minutes later I was seated behind the computer with a steaming cup of coffee and my folder with notes open next to me. But no matter how hard I tried, the words deserted me. All I could think about was Daisy and the fact that she was now our omega. We were now officially deemed a pack.“Why do you always slip out of bed in the middle of the night?”My

As it turned out, much to their disappointment, their parents were already at the penthouse. They were already halfway here when their mom called. I was actually happy that they arrived when they did. As eager as I was to bond them, I wanted to clear the air with their family first. Especially Sylvia. She started glaring at me the moment she walked though the door. Mom Bee greeted me with a hug and muttered words that she was happy that I was okay and home. While Elias and Mom Bee finished cooking dinner, I helped set the table and then joined the others in the living room. Alex pulled me onto his lap before I could take a seat next to him. Colour flooded my cheeks but I relaxed against his chest. My eyes locked with Alister’s for a few seconds before I quickly looked away. “How are you doing Daisy?” he asked softly. “I’m doing okay, thank you for asking.” Sylvia scoffed. “How can you be doing okay when you’re the reason my boys got injured?” “Sylvia.” “Mom!” She ignored them

There was an awkwardness between us that hasn’t been there before and it was driving me crazy.“Can I come in?”Daisy nodded. My eyes darted around the room as I entered. Her clothes were scattered around one side of the bed and on the other side it was folded neatly where she sat, busy sorting through it. Was she planning on leaving? My heart squeezed painfully in my chest but I ignored the pain and took a seat on the edge of the bed.“Daisy, we need to talk.”She paused for a few seconds and then finished folding the shirt and placing it on the pile of other neatly folded shirts before she raised her head to look at me.Instead of saying a word, I showed her.“John’s men trashed the apartment when they came looking for you. “Good morning, how are you feeling?”My eyes darted around the kitchen, searching but only finding David seated at the table. I stared at her for a few more seconds before I leaned back in the chair.Movement from the corner of my eyes caught my attention.David hovered in the doorway, eyes darting over Daisy and then to me.“How long is she going to be asleep?” I asked him.“For another hour at least,” he answered. “I gave her a strong dose because I didn’t know how long it would have taken you to get here. Your omega made it clear that she didn’t want another alpha to touch her.”My lips twitched but I didn’t smile. Despite Daisy’s constant claim that she wasn’t the right omega for us, she already accepted us as her alphas.“Let her sleep, I made some coffee,” David muttered.“Got anything stronger?” I asked him as I stood.“No.”I followed him out of the room and down the hall to the living room. David nodded towards a tray on the coffee tabel. “

“Where the fuck is she?”His loud exclamation was followed by the sound of flesh hitting flesh. I bit down on my tongue to stop the groan of pain from escaping. A few punches was nothing compared to the pain I had gone through when I was injured in the explosion.Gripping my chin, he tilted my head back.I watched him through swollen eyes and when he got close enough, I spit in his face.Snarling, he punched me in the stomach, making me swing back and forth. The chains dug into my skin, making fresh blood trail down my arms.I was glad they grabbed me and not Alex or Val. I had been trained to endure hours of torture. They were tough but Alex was already injured and they would have used that to get their answers.“Last chance,” John growled. “ Where is Daisy?”I gave him a bloody smile. “Fuck you.”Nothing happened.“Maybe you’ll start talking once your mother starts begging.”Bile rose in my throat but I swallowed it down.
