~SCARLETT ~ I stared at the woman with furrowed eyebrows. She was staring at me like I had just risen from the dead. Was she talking to me? “Do you want to die, Rose?” Dimitri asked calmly beside me. ~DIMITRI~ “Her wolf wants her dead, it's the only explanation” I said to Chase as we stood outside Scarlett’s room door. The doctor had asked us to leave the room while he stitched up Scarlett. I was trying my best not to let my nerves get the best of me. “This matter is more serious than We thought if her wolf is trying to get her killed. What could have possibly Happened to them?” Chase muttered mostly to him and the worry in his voice couldn't be dismissed. It was just like Chase to worry about someone he barely knew. Soon after, the doctor came out of the room with a solemn look on his face. “How is she?” I asked and he sighed. “I Didn't need to do much, she was already healed when you pulled out the knife” He stated and Chase huffed. “I had thought her wolf wouldn't have wanted to heal her” He uttered and I pursed my lips. “Her wolf is holding on to so much pain.
