Chapter 32: Ignored

Margarette's POV

The moment that I arrived inside the room, I find out that Kayden wasn't there anymore. I even checked the bathroom and the veranda, but he was not there, so I just sit above the bed and let out a deep breath.

Maybe, Kayden leaves to refresh his mind and I should allow him to do that. I should give him time to realize that what he did was too much. There is nothing he must get jealous of. I won't entertain Asher and I think, the man won't take me from him because I am his friend's mate.

Some tears fell from my eyes and I wiped them away. I even pushed myself to sleep and tried to forget what happened earlier. Kayden never returned here in the room and I waited for almost half an hour but I didn't notice that I have already fallen asleep.
