"What?! Why in the world are you pestering me with calls?" He hissed as he snap at me in an angry tone immediately he picked up the call.

Only God knows how happy I am at this point hearing his voice. Now I know all Ralph said to me earlier was nothing but an empty threat. He only said do that I will get scared and do as he says.

"Is everything okay with you? You're acting weird" he said.

"Where are you?" I ask him going straight to the point.

"I'm just leaving my office now. Why? Do you need something again? Money? Car? Or bag? Which of the three?" He asked, listing all the things I can spend my last penny on.

"Everything doesn't always revolve around all these things, Aiden. Can't I just ask about your whereabouts and also know how you're doing?"

"Well, you're not mom nor are you Charlotte so, concentrate on your date and stop bothering me, you little witch" he hissed and hang up the call.
