Third Person POV

"Good day..." Hazel greeted the strangely normal woman who stood in front of her; she thought she had imagined her eyes glowing for a brief moment.

"Please, come in," she gestured at the both of them. Draven stepped after a few moments, and Hazel followed after. She caught a glance of the woman smiling at her; the thought made her feel uncomfortable.

"My name is Sara; I am the priestess of the village," she announced as she closed the door. Hazel had at least expected the interior to look a bit spooky and mysterious, but it was a normal living room you could find anywhere.

"Welcome to my house, although it's not what you expected," she said with a glint of happiness in her eyes. She walked past Hazel and Draven, taking a seat in one of the chairs in the living room.

"Please sit," she gestured. Hazel just realized that she hadn't said a single word to her since she had seen her. She quickly turned to the woman and bowed slightly.

"Thank you for the warm welcome," she t

Third Person POVDraven walked out of the priestess's house. He got into his car and saw Hazel sitting at the passenger seat, staring off into space. He didn't know what to say, nor did he have anything to say; all that mattered was that she would help him break his curse. He started the car engine and began driving away from the house. He remembered the last words that the witch had told him; he needed to make sure everything was alright and hoped nothing went wrong. They drove in silence till they reached the house. Hazel came down from the car and followed behind Draven as they both got into the mansion."Why didn't you say anything like this?" Hazel asked him as soon as he got into his room; she knew to expect at least this much when dealing with women."Because I'd rather not," he replied to her. He didn't feel the need to have a conversation like this when everything had already been settled."Does Adrian know about this?" She asked him; for the first time Draven thought about

Third Person POV“Excuse me?" Adrian asked. He was sure that he heard wrong. He took the invitation card from Robin's hand and read it. He read it again to make sure he wasn't seeing things."How?" He asked; the question wasn't directed to anyone in specifics; he just felt a bit overwhelmed. His uncle was getting married, and he had just found out today. He felt a bit betrayed that his uncle couldn't tell him as he was his nephew."Aren't you happy for me?" Draven asked his nephew; he could see the mixed feelings in the eyes of his nephew, the confusion and hurt, maybe even a hint of betrayal because deep down, he knew Adrian still blamed him for the death of his mother. He couldn't blame the boy for thinking that way; after all, he had been too weak to save her, but now Adrian just thinks he was trying to replace the memory of his mother, to find someone younger and possibly even replace him. There were no limits to how much an endangered man can think. Draven was aware of this, but

Third Person POVAdrian followed them from the crowd; he wouldn't dare shout, but he tried to get their attention, any of them. He couldn't believe that the both of them had betrayed them like this.He had trusted his uncle completely; he never expected his uncle to mate Hazel, the same woman that he had told him he was searching for. He clenched his teeth as he glared at his uncle. He wanted to rush at him, attack him if need be. He wanted to know why his uncle would do something so evil to him. What reason could possibly justify his actions?Thalia stood by his side as she held her mouth with both lips. Her uncle and mother stood there, transfixed, staring in horror as the girl they rejected got married in front of them.Adrian heart felt heavy with pain and betrayal; he was sure Hazel knew that was his uncle; he felt so sure that they had both planned this as some ploy to get back at him for abandoning her; his heart ached greatly as he watched them."Hazel!" Third Person POV"Hazel!" "Hey, Hazel , can you hear me?" Draven shouted; he stood up from the altar at the silver light that slowly faded and rushed towards her. She carried her up and checked her pulse; it was moving but very slowly, almost not there. He turned to Sara, who sat down in a chair, breathing heavily; she had removed her cloak and other enchantments and wore simple attire. "Sara, what the hell's happened to her?" He demanded.Sara looked at him and just noticed the body of Hazel lying on the ground. She ran towards her in a rush, taking her hand. "She's cold, very cold," Sara said. "And what does that mean?" Draven asked; he still felt exhausted by the strain of the ritual, and he felt out of sorts, but right now he couldn't rest until he made sure Hazel was okay."It means we'll have to take her to the hospital or your mansion, anywhere, to get her treated," Sara said as she packed up a couple of things lying on her table."And what about you?" Draven asked as he lif

Third Person POV"No""She wouldn't go so far," Adrian said to himself. He still didn't want to believe it and refused to accept it; it felt better to believe that his uncle had manipulated her into marrying him; that felt easier to accept."Is that what you really think, Adrian?" Draven asked Adrian; his voice was calm and low, without doubt or hesitation. He finally turned around, facing Adrian; he stood taller than him, more domineering and intimidating. But Adrian stood his ground; he could let himself be intimidated every damn time he faced his uncle. Draven slowly walked past him as he spoke. "You don't believe me? That's fine," he spoke. "Come with me." As he walked further away from the dark corridor where they stood, unwillingly Adrian followed his uncle, walking behind him at a given distance."Where are we going?" He asked Draven; he waited for a moment before answering. "To hear the truth," he replied.'The truth?' Adrian thought to himself, He did want to know both their

Third Person POVHazel watched as Adrian closed the door as he left; his words rang in her mind, 'What did he mean by that?' Somehow she felt betrayed by his words. Now he was going to completely join forces with Thalia and tell them everything that had happened here. Knowing Thalia , she was going to take full advantage of it. She felt her chest tightening, her hands grew weaker as the excitement slowly faded away, and she gritted her teeth in frustration. Even more so, she didn't know why she felt the way she did, but it vexed her even more."So what now?" Alpha Draven asked her; she looked at him while he sat down, still staring into the night."I don't know really; I didn't think this far ahead, I guess," she replied. Draven chuckled, then turned back to her to face her. He stood up, gradually walking towards her bed."I knew you'd say this.""Well, I did agree to help you with your revenge, but we aren't in a rush; baby steps, Hazel," he said to her, giving her the assurance t

Third Person POVAdrian stood stunned by her reaction. Of everything that had happened tonight, this was the most jarring event he had witnessed today. He stepped back a bit, shocked and mortified."No wait, I can explain Thalia." Adrian reached out, trying to hold on to her, but she kept taking steps back, not wanting to talk to him or come close to him at the moment. He looked at her and slowly walked away; he didn't feel the need to go back with Thalia and her family, but also not the need to meet up with his family."Thalia, please wait," he called out to her voice from behind. "I didn't mean it that way; I wasn't even aware of what was happening," he said, but realized how stupid that sounded. That was his uncle; of course he would be seen as a culprit. He kept trying to get her attention, but it was pointless. At that singular moment, when he had out all his hopes, future, and dreams for her, it was gone.He looked back at the mansion where he had just come from. The night was

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 27

Hazel’s POV By the time I woke up that morning, the sun was already up in the sky. I raised my head slowly. It took a while before I remembered that I was now in a different pack. I had fallen asleep while trying to take care of Draven who suddenly passed out last night. Draven's breath was steady. His chest heaved up and down. I wondered if he had regained consciousness while I was asleep. The curtains were parted to the sides to allow fresh air into the room. I stood up and yawned. I wish he was awake. There was nothing to do in the pack where I knew no one. The physician soon stepped into the room. He walked straight to Draven without bothering to say any greetings to me. "How is he?" I asked Noah. "He should regain consciousness before the day ends," he said, barely moving her lips. I nodded my head. After spending some time with Draven checking how he was, he left. Once again, I was in the room with Draven. I sat on the stool close to the bed. I wished he would open his eyes

Third Person POVHazel blinked twice just to be sure she didn't imagine what she just saw; she looked where Adrian was and couldn't see him anymore, like he had just vanished, the same way that wolf had."Noah, Adrian is gone!" she shouted from where she stood. Noah looked in their direction and looked at where Adrian was. Immediately he backed away from Draven, keeping the distance between them. Draven seemed less violent, although he was being held back by something or someone invisible. Noah saw his chance and immediately melted into the shadow beside a tree, leaving Draven all by himself alone. She looked around for Noah amongst the trees but couldn't find him. She suddenly heard someone breathing raggedly in her room. She turned around and saw Noah sitting on the floor of her room, drenched in sweat and little bruises all over his body; his tattoos remained unchanged while the rest of him looked exhausted."Are you okay?" She asked, rushing towards Slayer Side. He simply nodde

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 41

Third Person POVHazel sat in her bed, seeing the tension rise between both of them. She had expected Alpha Draven to be his usual insensitive self towards Adrian, but what she hadn't expected was Adrian challenging his uncle to a fight. The problem was, she knew just how strong Draven was; he was insanely powerful even amongst Alpha's, and now Adrian was going to challenge him. Before she could think any further, she saw Adrian jump towards his uncle, slashing him across the chest. She was scared beyond a doubt; she knew Adrian could lose his life, but what bothered her the most was his reason for fighting. Why was he trying too hard to win her over? She felt that Adrian truly didn't care or love her anymore, hence her abandonment. But would he risk his life for someone he didn't love? The question bugged my mind as Alpha Draven slowly stood up, the wound on his chest closing, the blood stopped flowing down, a wicked smile covered his face, she felt her heart drop, something was wron

Third Person POV"What..." Adrian said a few seconds too late. He turned around to see Draven standing at the door. He stood there unmoving, unbothered, and domineering. Adrian staggered back for a few steps. He wondered how much he had heard and the things he had said; he wasn't sure. "Is that what you said?”“Are you going to take responsibility for that, Adrian?" Draven asked him uncharacteristically; Adrian couldn't find his voice. He knew what he wanted to say; he wanted to scream yes, that he would take back his woman.Protect her even at the risk of him losing his life; he would burn the world if need be, just to please her. "What do you mean?" He found himself saying he regretted that he didn't feel confident enough to oppose his own uncle. He had to admit that this situation was a precarious one where no one could be held at fault, but that didn't mean he was going to get down and not do what he really wanted."You? Adrian?" His uncle asked, "Would you carry the burden of h

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 39

Third Person POVOne week passed and the pack was a bit peaceful with no attack from Zac’s pack. Hazel woke up feeling much better than she ever had in a very long while. She stretched her body as she woke up. The sweet smell of bread caught her attention. She looked her side and saw breakfast served. The maids have already come, and we're busy cleaning the rest of the rooms in the house. Hazel began thinking about how she was going to get accustomed to living like this. Everyone doing everything for her felt so unnatural, but she was the Luna, and things had to be done for her. "Good morning, Luna." She heard the familiar voice but didn't bother turning; she was getting used to his random appearances by now."Good morning Noah, how are you doing?" She asked him. "Very well, Luna," he responded. She took another chunk of bread and tore it slowly; the soft, buttery texture of the bread was overpowering and delightful."To what do I owe the visit this morning?" She asked, and Noah wa

Third Person POVDraven sat in his office, his head laying on the backrest of his chair while both his legs rested on the table. He heard a slight sound and opened his eyes. The room seemed a bit darker than it should have been."Noah," he said. "Yes, Master," a reply came back. Draven smiled at himself; he was the only one capable of knowing when Noah snuck into a room or was watching someone else, or him to be exact."Has Adrian settled himself in?" Draven asked. He closed both his eyes as he rocked on his seat back and forth."Yes, he's in his mother's room," Noah replied. Silence hung in the air for a bit longer. Draven sighed. "His countenance?" He proved further."Nostalgic and distant," he replied. "Good, he needs some time to himself; a man has to think once in a while," he responded, still rocking on his chair. He asked once more."Any reports on the family?" He asked. While the Labrinth family had come over for the wedding, Noah had sent some men to investigate the resident

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 37

Maddy’s POVWith a heavy sigh, I rose to my feet, my footsteps silent against the cold wooden floor. I approached the closet and pulled on a dark cloak to cover up my revealing nightwear, slipping it over my shoulders before tiptoeing towards the door. I slowly got out of the room and closed the door behind me. I had to make sure to be as discreet as possible so as not to wake up Zac as I walked down the hallway, heading for the dungeon. My footsteps quickened as I approached the entrance to the dungeon, and the fear and trepidation in my heart temporarily disappeared. However, my heart sank when I saw two very familiar men standing guard right outside the dungeon gates with a suppressed sigh. I took my stance in a commanding way with an authoritative aura."Let me pass," I ordered, my voice steady despite the nerves festering within me. The guards exchanged wary glances, their jaws tensing. "We were instructed by Alpha Zac never to let you see the prisoner again," one of them repl

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 36

Maddy’s POVI opened the door to find Zac only in a robe and a pair of shorts. "Come on, my love," I said to him, and he walked him while gazing at me in admiration and lust. I closed the door behind me and approached him slowly as I watched him stand and wait for me by the bed. I made as many seductive poses as possible, trying to make him lose control quickly. I finally got before him and began loosening his robe. I trailed my hand up his chest and glided down his shoulders, letting his robe completely fall to the ground with a small thud. "Maddy," Zac gasped as I kissed his neck and used my hands to tease his left nipple. I knew he had sensitive nipples, and I always enjoyed playing with them. Stroking his engorged member, I gazed at his list-filled eyes and kissed him, using my tongue to guide his. He replied furiously, but after a while, he was like a wild beast, just what I wanted. Our kiss turned into a little competition between fencers, but I was like a master fencer, ta

Hazel’s POVJust then, the physician came out of Draven's room. “The Alpha is..." he drawled before turning around again mysteriously. "Yes, what happened to the alpha?" Sam asked once more."I've managed to stop the bleeding, so you can be assured, but there's something else." In the heat of the moment, the physician meticulously walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. The elders that all had their gazes on me shifted it to the physician, and they all hurriedly gathered right before her like bees, their eyes filled with concern and worry for Alpha Draven.Amongst them, I could see the look in Sam's eyes; he seemed so worried about their Alpha, more worried than the rest. He suddenly stepped forward and spoke to the physician first."Noah?" He asked, his voice etched with worry and concern, as he fully came out. "Yes, what happened to the alpha?" Sam asked once more. With a deep breath, Noah finally spoke up, his voice carrying calmness in the chaotic atmosphere. "Well

  • Claimed By Alpha Draven   Chapter 34

Draven's POV As I finally approached the borders of our Pack, the sounds of fierce battle filled the air. I got to the main battlegrounds to find that the pack guardians were valiantly fighting against the intruders from Zac's pack, holding their ground as hard as they could. They did good and will be rewarded once this is all over. The other warriors and pack guardians joined in the fight, and soon everywhere was enveloped in smoke. I shifted into my wolf before joining in with the rest. The battlefield was a scene of relentless struggle, paws and claws clashing against one another, snarls and growls echoing across the clearing. The scent of blood and adrenaline hung heavily in the air as dust remained floating in it. If this was a human fight, then the dust is for sure going to be slightly blinding, but we are werewolves. So we are different. Zac believes he will most definitely win this. But what he doesn't know is that we are fighting for the opposite things, which puts my pac
