Sebastian POV

“I want to know why you want to do this,” Noah said looking at me inquisitively

“What do you mean?”

“You know what I mean”

I knew what he was getting at but I was trying to avoid that question.

“Alright, let’s stop playing games and come out straight. Why do you want a wedding now?”

“I know you won’t believe me but I don’t have a specific reason for it. I just want to”

“I don’t know why I find that hard to believe”

“Well, maybe because you are overthinking it”

I told him it was because I wanted my mate to feel special. She has been through a lot but I want to remind her that those days are over.

“Really!!! I never knew you had this side of you,” he said as he hit me on my arm.

We both laughed it off and he left my office.

I have been watching Violet at home these days and even though she won’t talk I know she has been going through a lot. The pregnancy has not been easy for her especially now that she is in her final stage.

She does not say anything but I can
