I couldn’t stop thinking about Felicity’s fears during training today. I hate to admit it, but I fear the same things and seeing her distraught over them creates a festering anger in my chest. It doesn’t matter how much training you've got; someone might have more. They might be smarter, faster, better than you, but I refuse to be unprepared. I've dedicated the last few months to training long hours. Myself and my warriors. The information that we have currently is extremely limited and I think that is the scariest part. I watched as Felicity’s figure disappeared into the Earth. My heart ached the further the plane ascended into the air. We had an amazing night, but this trip will be the longest we’ve spent apart since meeting. Even in the beginning, it was if there was a magnet pulling us together. The thought of bringing a person back to life after death is the making of a good zombie horror movie, but not a reality that many know about.
