Chapter 82

Rafe had just finished lighting the candles on the table when the door to the balcony opened.

"Hi". She whispered looking at the setup in front of her eyes. It might not be extravagant for many, but for her it was a moment of awe and wonder.

She had gone to the spa for only three hours and instead of taking rest, Rafe had arranged a little dinner date for them.

There were two plates served and covered on the table with a chilled champagne bottle in the ice bucket. Two glasses placed on a side and a fine set of silverware arranged like in the movies.

Rafe smiled and walked to her. He stretched out his hand for her to take and kissed the back of her palm as she held his hand strongly. In a pure gentleman style, he pulled out her chair and pushed it back once she was seated.

Without saying another word, he poured the champagne in the glasses and took his seat.
