Xavier waited until the chauffeur opened the backdoor of the limousine they were sent to pick them. He went out of the car and stretched his hand for Caroline to step down.

She was wearing a dark ruby gown, paired with the finest diamonds and pearls and a subtle makeover. Her hair in tight curls bouncing up and down with every step she took.
