Ryan's POV

I watched as she slept off on my chest, snuggling even closer while we took off.

I didn't know if I had exhausted her or if it was because of the couple she had talked to not too long ago, but watching her sleep was becoming my new favorite thing to do.

I scooped her in my arms, walking in as I placed her on the bed before stepping out. She let out words before going off to sleep.

I had watched her warn off that woman and I couldn't stop myself from grinning whenever she called me hers. I loved it when she placed a tag over me. Calling me hers and no one else.

I pictured her face vexed when she was told that all she had said was a lie.

Picking up my iPad, I swiped on it, running through the work that awaited me.

Telling her that I was going to take a break this week was real, but now seeing the pile of work that awaited me made me want to work a bit. Just something to get the mountain of work off my back.
