After she was sucked by the vortex, she felt like she is being forced by something towards a certain direction.

Because of her rebellous nature, she 'swimmed' against the forced. Suddenly, a soothing voice called out saying, "Child, stop resisting and come out. Let your mother give birth to you."

The voice was very hypnotic that she suddenly felt like sleeping. There was a small resistance from her rebellous nature as she tried to fight back the drowsiness, but it was to no avail. Soon, she was asleep and no longer has the strenght to fight back the force.

...

Ompus wilderness. This is the most dangerous wilderness in the Ucka region as it was the home of powerful beast and monsters. Yet, a man was walking in the open space with his guard down.

Strangely, when the boar see the man, it bowed its head, took a flesh from his torso and offered it to the man without a word.

"Thank you," says the man. The boar remained silent and stayed on a subservient position. The man, after seeing the boar's cut off torso was starting to regenerate, did not linger anymore and continue down his path.

This strange scene did not only happened once. The man was offered an egg, fruits and vegetables of all the beast, plants who gained sentience, and monsters, from their own accord. The man thanked all of this offerings, put it in the storage space and continued walking as if he was only walking on a park.

The man was enjoying a liesure walk when a book suddenly floated in front of him. It opened up on one of the blank pages and a word mysteriously popped up saying, "The Mistress is about to give birth, Milord. Please come home as soon as you can. "Then that page burned without burning the book or the pages next to it.

The man waved his hand and a sword appeared in the mid air. With a will, it expanded enough for a single person to ride on. He hopped on it and vanished with a,

'Whoosh!'

After the man left, another figure emerged from the mist. It's a man with a black feather in his head. His appearance resembled a rooster. Only he was without a beak and he have lesser feathers on his body.

"I found him, great elder," he whispered. Then his figure merged with the mountain mist, and soon vanished.

...

Colton, after a writing on the transmitters page, he burned it. Then he sighed and calmed his racing heart. He turned to see the two maids going in and out of their mistress's room, preparing the tools to use for giving birth.

Because he know he will be of no use, he walked out of the house and found a girl sitting on the grass land.

She was holding a sword in hand, and there is no expression on her porcelain–like face. Her emerald eyes were tranquil as she patiently stared in the distance, as if she was waiting for someone or something. Her brownish hair was beautifully tied in a ponytail.

'This kid...'

Colton shook his head, sighed, and cleared his thoughts. The girl was the first child of his master and mistress. The master, and the mistress truly have an exellent genes. Just that, he did not expect that the girl would already possess her parent's beauty at the age of 12. And the calm demeanor that the girl portray was close to perfection.

But then,

Colton stared at the unconcious act of pinching and pulling of the grass of the kid around her seat. It told him that the girl was also anxious deep inside.

"Young Miss!"

He called out then walked towards her direction. The girl turned her head and looked at him without saying a word. He stopped at a distance they can be both comfortable. Then he also plopped on the grassy ground.

"Are you waiting for milords arrival?" He asked. The girl did not answer. Instead, she turned her head to look in the distance.

Colton wasn't bothered by it and also looked at where the girl was looking as he patiently waited for the girl's reply.

"I am," says the girl after a long pause.

"Have you sent him the message?" she asked.

"I did, young miss. I am sure he will be here in no time," he answered.

It wasn't long before a figure zoomed in from the distance.

...

Speeding off in his sword, Raze the man who was walking leisurely in the Ompus wilderness, headed towards the deepest part of the Ompus wilderness. This place might be the most dangerous place to others, but this is the safest place for him and his family. Because he was sure, his enemies will never think that he is here.

The rivers, and lush forestry, all passed before him as a blurr. At the heart of this place, was where his little home was. After passing the barrier he set up, he saw Errizel, his first child, sitting next to his trusted buttler, colton.

Raze smirked a little, his eyes can't help but shine with pride. Errizel's action of being outside the house was not simply to wait for him. She was actually guarding for any unwanted events while her mother is giving birth.

'This is indeed, what a kid from my blood should act.' He thought as he go nearer towards them.

He halted his sword once he arrived on his home's door steps.

Colton and Errizel, who stood up right after spotting him, greeted him,

"Father," Errizel slightly bowed her head calmly.

"Milord," Colton bowed deeply.

"Rise, both of you." The two lift their head up. "How's your mother, Errizel?" Raze hopped down from his sword. Then he waved his hand to store it in his space again.

Just as Errizel opened her mouth to answer, a maid rushed outside. With panic in her voice the made shouted,

"There's a problem, Sir Colton! Has the Lord— Oh, Milord! Thank goodness you're here!"

The maid was relieved when she saw his presence.

"What is it?" he asked in a somber expression. Even Colton and Errizel's face turned dark upon hearing the word problem.

"Well, your child..... the child inside the mistress..." The maid hesitated to said the next word.

"What is it? Speak!" Raze said with authority in his voice. Was his wife in danger? What danger it might be? This thoughts revolved arround his mind but his outward appearance remained calm.

"Th- the child.... refused to come out!" said the maidwith bewildered face. Even she can't believe what she just said.

"What? Explain yourself. What refused to come out?" Colton can't helped but asked the maid with a frown in his brows. Well, everyone frowned and was bewildered. Just what kind of refusal does a child in a womb can do?

"Well... you see... the child is  'swimming' against the force that the mistress gather to give her birth. If this continues, the mistress will lost too much blood and..." and die. But the maid can not speak of that word.

"Alright. Don't continue. I won't let that happen." Raze said and turned his head to look at his first child.

"That's a good job Errizel. Keep it up and stay here," he said pat her head, and headed inside the house. He have an unborn child to coax.

Errizel's expression remained the same. But for a second, her eyes showed delight, happy for the acknowledgement of a father.

"I'll stay here with the young miss, Milord," Colton said. Raze only nod his head then disappeared from their sight.

...

Raze, with the maid following behind him, entered the room and was greeted with the pitiful state his wife was at. Beads of sweat flowed freely from her pores. On the other hand, the maid was busy cleaning and removing the blood stained fabrics.

"Erel," he called out with guilt. Erel looked at him weakly. Her lips was almost white. Her skon color was so pale it can be compared to a white sheet of paper.

He walked closer towards her and put his palm on her tummy. He concentrated and sensed the movement of his child.

Then he slapped his forehead in helplessness. 'What was this kid's doing? Why was she swimming against the force her mother generated?'

"Kid, your mother's tummy is not an ocean, come on out," he said this and transmitted it with a bit of hypnotizing Iev, only to be taken a back of what he found out.

The child has no reaction! He blinked his eyes in disbelief. But he still calmed down and added another force of hypnotism, transmitting it from his hands to his wife's tummy. However, the child still have no response.

Raze's eyes finally turned serious because he already poured half of hypnotizing Iev he had. He was a bit afraid of affecting his child's mental state but it looks like he has no other choice but to use all of his hypnotizing Iev so that he can put this child to sleep.

"Child, stop resisting and come out. Let your mother give birth to you."

Raze can feel a bit of resistance from his child's mental space but he was still able to tame her into submission. Soon, the kid in the tummy fall asleep. He sighed and turned to look at his wife who returned his gaze with a weak smile with a grateful look, she mouthed,

"Thank you."

"Push for the last time dear," he said. The he cupped her hand with his two hands, then took a sit beside her. Erel nodded at him and took a deep breath. And then pushed for the last time.

Iev is pronounced as *yiv*. Explanation about this term will be put in the following chapters. Thank you so much for reading! Sentience in this story means "possessing consciousness" Consciousness simply means awareness.
