CHAPTER 13

As the door opened, Cynthia peeked through. "Just wanted to make sure you were okay."

The door was shut back and Irish let out a sigh of relief.

She safely tucked away the map in her closet went to the bed, covered herself with it, and went to sleep.

The next morning, Irish woke and sat up on her bed.

Stretching and yawning tiredly, she shut the curtains close. The sunlight was sifting through them. She yawned again. The pregnancy was taking a toll on her, making her feel tired and dizzy most of the time.

She slid down the bed, then went into the restroom to do her morning business.

When she was done, she donned in new set of clothes. She went for a pair of pants and a nice pink top. She slipped on her sandals while deciding to go downstairs.

Strangely enough, she was suddenly craving orange juice.

Looking around the room, Irish wondered why Cynthia wasn't in the room. She'd usually come there to get her odds and ends, just as Adrian had put in her job description.
