JESSICA’S POV

Bishop walked into the office, his eyes etched on the tab in his hands as he dropped it before me. With arched brows, I picked it up but my eyes went wide as I saw the news.

Brian was arrested?!

I blinked twice to see if I was seeing correctly or not. “When was this?” I asked him.

“Yesterday.” He responded.

“Why was he arrested?” I dropped the tab, not bothering to look at the content because I knew whoever released his arrest to the public would have put a very misleading content.

“I had agent Lee investigate it and he said that he met De’Royals.” my ears perked up at that name. De’Royals. He was our potential competitor in the market but I have never met him once since I became the CEO.

“And how did that lead to his arrest?”

“He was said to have lost control and punched him across the face. He just has broken two to three of his cheekbones and probably his plastic nose.” He grimaced as he said the last part.
