I couldn’t get enough of him. I needed him with what felt like every fiber of my being. And what shocked me more than my overwhelming need of him was the fact that he could keep up with me.

We had been in the tower room for three days so far and it seemed as though my heat wasn’t dulling. Some hours, it felt as though it was only becoming stronger.

Chase would disappear down the stone stairway every few hours, coming back up minutes later with food for us.

In the moments in between rounds of incredible sex, when my heat haze dulled for just a little bit, I looked around at my surroundings.

The space we were in was pretty awesome. Like a throwback to ancient times, but with modern amenities.
