As we step out into the car park we see Jack wheel spin out like his life depends on it. Given what Nova had told him I would be surprised if his entire pack didn’t go into lock down. It’s been 2 days since Nova disappeared and still no word. I had called Heretic HQ to see if they had heard from her but that was a dead end. All I was left with was more questions and a headache after dealing with a bitch called Rachel. Matt had gone crazy. Snatched the phone out of my hand and hung up while I was mid argument with that stuck up bitch. “You’ll just get Nova in trouble!” He snapped and stalked away. After I removed Leahs mark things got weird. One minute I was in the cinema room in the pack house and the next I’m having a weird dream. I was in a big gold room alone. I feel terrible lying to Matt. I’m actually surprised by how much it eats at my conscience. Stupid mate bond. The pack house is rammed. We’ve made use of all the rooms to set up the pack and make mini infirmaries to treat the wounded. Even as I’m here gathering more towels and dressings to use the death count rises. The last update was 20 minutes ago and we were told 32 members of the pack had died. The territory is being scouted by patrol to look for more survivors and in some cases bring the bodies of the dead back. I grit my teeth as I think off those who died protecting their homes.
