Back weary and eyes blurry, I pushed away the paperwork and stood. I couldn't do anymore at the moment as my mind felt like a squishy lump of goo. The revelation about the supply costs weighed heavily on my thoughts. Who could be behind this? Was it someone we knew? Someone who was close to Alex?
