She cursed the weather report not telling her that morning as she drew her hood up on her sweatshirt and bowed her head into the wind. She had been walking for a week now, since her car was in the shop…and although she liked the walk as she didn’t live too far away days like this made her wish she had her car back.
A V8 engine sounded next to her as a car pulled over to the curb, she turned to look and saw a black Camero.
She stopped walking as the window on the passenger side opened and Reese leaned over from the driver’s side with a big ass smile on his face.
“You don’t have your car back yet, do you?”

Matteo entered the apartment four hours later on Friday evening after finally finishing his duties, as instructed to find it eerily quiet. He called out to no response.
