Chapter Seventy Two

ATASHA'S POINT OF VIEW

It feels refreshing to open my eyes after getting their rest, and i want to think that i finally woke up from a very long yet weird dream. Although it didn't feel like a dream at all. Because i got to see my great grandmother, Arrisea Rae. I even had the chance to hug her, and feel her and... talk to her.

Everything felt surreal. She's not invisible at all, more likely a spirit. She's tangible, and that's what makes it weird. Not until i have come to realize that I'm not really dreaming. My body was dying and it was my soul who interacted with her.

I nearly thought of coming with her to the place she called paradise. The moment she embraced me, i felt somehow at peace, away from the chaotic Central City. But suddenly, she whispered words that definitely pulled me back into senses.
