Chapter 68 Wait For You

Lucky's POV

I passed a resignation letter to Mr. Keller through email. I know I can't work properly in this state. Additionally, people are now aggressively attacking me through social media. I'm just thankful that I have enough savings to support my family though I know it won't be enough. I still need to work.

Three weeks after I gave birth, Darya's pediatrician allowed us to go home. I even asked him if baby Darya can travel a short journey and he allowed us since based on the result of tests, my baby is strong and stable. I can even call this a miracle because after everything that happened, she's here. Safe and sound.

"Lucky, I got baby Darya's stuff!" Sunny excitedly showed me the travel bag.

I nodded and smiled at her. "Thank you, Sunny."

I gently carried baby Darya in my arms. She's so delicate. So small. So beautiful. I could stare at her forever.

"Let's go." Mom said and looked at me.

I nodded. That's when Camilla entered our hospital room while playing with her car keys.
