My fist lashed out instinctively, connecting with his ugly head. His head snapped back, but he quickly regained his posture and bared his teeth at me. I didn't care. My fist flew out again. I didn't have time to process his expressions or contemplate my actions; I just kept striking.

My feet joined my fists, and I managed to kick him against his knees.

A chilling sound escaped him as he stumbled, and he grabbed my hair with one fist and yanked on it so hard, my head smacked against the bathroom wall. The impact momentarily blinded me, but I gritted my teeth and snapped my head forward to hopefully break his nose. A sickening crunch followed, accompanied by a howl of pain, and I followed up with another blow from my elbow.

He released my hair, but grabbed my arm instead, and knocked my legs out from under me. My feet slipped on the wet floor, and my body crashed down with a hard whack. My elbow absorbed most of the impact, and I cried out in agony when I felt a blinding pain going t

The cold water kept cascading down my leg and provided some relief to my burns, gradually easing the pain. Despite the throbbing sensation in my elbow, I tried my best to ignore it. "I need you dressed for that." Sam said with a serious tone. He leaned back to meet my gaze, cupped my cheek, and kissed me tenderly. "I left the hunt and told the boys to finish it. The forest will be empty by now." He then left the shower, walked into his bedroom, and walked back in within five seconds. He held a lot of lack fabric in his hand. Quietly stepping out of the shower, disregarding the pain in my elbow, I let the towel fall to the ground. I felt Sam's eyes on my naked body. Holding out my hand to put on whatever outfit he had chosen, the fabric never landed in my open hand. "Sam." I spoke up, meeting his gaze. His eyes remained fixed on my body. "What?" He asked absently. "My clothes?" I raised an eyebrow in inquiry. "Right. Sorry. I forgot. You tend to have that effect on me." Sam said

The marine king sprang up and dashed away without a backward glance, heading straight for the lake. Was five minutes enough time to make it? Judging by the looks of the demons around me, it wouldn't. They would make sure they would run as fast as they could to get to him. They would not let their prey escape. The urge to bite my nails became almost overpowering. Patience was never my strong suit, and it seemed the same went for the demons around me. Some were shifting from foot to foot, others flexed their fingers or eyed their knives eagerly. The tension in the air was palpable, each demon eager to partake in the hunt. Shea stood across from us, her hawk-like gaze surveying the scene around her, until they her gaze landed on us. She seemed to figure out the relationship Sam and I had. Whatever she saw, it didn't please her. I pressed myself closer to Sam the moment I felt a change in the atmosphere. "Go." Sam commanded, his voice cutting through the silence like a blade. Like so

I felt their presence as they entered the clearing, but I didn't dare to look. My gaze remained fixed on the flickering flames. The sound of multiple footsteps and a dragging noise filled the silence that followed. "This surprises me." Sam eventually remarked, breaking the quiet tension. Adrian glanced over his shoulder, exhaled audibly, then returned his focus to the fire.. "For fuck's sake." He muttered irritably. I gave no reaction. "Is he even alive?" Sam's voice rang out. "Yes, my King." Came the reply. Hell. No. I turned my head slowly, confirming what my ears had heard. Shea. It was Shea who stood before a hunched figure, her posture submissive. Several demons stood behind her, their heads also bowed. But it was clear who had emerged victorious from this 'competition'. "You are free to return to Lust. No harm will ever befall on you from any Wrath demon." Sam declared, his voice steady. Beside me, Adrian let out a sigh, as though this had ruined his entire week. It proba

As the king crawled toward me, each movement seemed agonisingly slow, as if time itself had slowed to a crawl. Once he reached his son's head, he looked down for one second, before putting his eyes on me again. With one flick of his hand, he rolled the head to the side. His eye, devoid of life, failed to reflect the dancing flames behind me. Yet, there was a fervent intensity in his gaze, as though he saw only me, shutting out the world around him. I felt Adrian come closer to me. "He's lusting after you." Adrian whispered in my ear. Shock went through me. "I can feel it." Adrian said, "It's very strong. He has rape fantasies about you." Sam tensed his jaw and balled his fists at the words, hearing everything clearly. The king kept staring at me, and bared his teeth at me when an expression of disgust showed on my face. 'I like it when you scream.' Rang through my head. As the king drew nearer, my instinct screamed at me to retreat, to hide and cower, to run away and never look b

In front of the castle, a female demon dressed in all white stood, clutching a giant bag. Clearly, she was the doctor. As soon as we approached, she sank to her knees in submission. "My Kings." She softly spoke. "Stand." Sam ordered with a slightly distrusting voice. The demon complied, keeping her head bowed and offering her neck in submission. "You can heal her?" Sam's tone was sharp. The doctor finally looked up, assessing me from head to toe before bowing her head again. "I will do my best. I will need to investigate her wounds first." She replied. "Heal her." Sam commanded with an angry tone, "Or else you're going to-" "Sam." I interrupted hastily. "She said she'll do her best. She can't do magic." Sam glanced at me before turning back to the doctor, who remained bowed. Adrian chuckled behind me. Sam's jaw tensed, but he nodded at the guards behind the doctor, signaling them to open the castle doors. Sam led us into the castle towards the top floor. He walked into an empt

"Flower." Sam whispered softly in my ear. I sighed. I was exhausted. "Flower." Sam whispered again, his cold hand trailing up my bare back. A shiver of pleasure ran through me as I hummed in approval "Wake up." His lips brushed against my skin, his hand sliding down towards my ass. I lifted my hips in silent invitation. The grin he sounded next made my insides warm deliciously, and my hand reached out to grab his arm. Without hesitation, I rolled onto my side and pulled him close. He let out a surprised gasp, but I stifled it by smashing my lips against his. Sam's hand went icy for a second from his shock, but he quickly controlled himself. He slid his hand down towards my leg, which he lifted and placed over his hips. Despite my surprise at finding him clothed, I cared little in the heat of the moment. As I breathed against his lips, I felt his desire intensify. Pressing his hips against mine, my hand moved from his arm up to his neck, where I felt the hard outline of a colla

A scream of sheer terror tore from my throat as we soared through the window. Glancing down, a mistake I immediately regretted, only intensified my panic, and I screamed even louder. I couldn't even see the ground, that's how far up we were. We plummeted through the air at breakneck speed, my stomach churning and my hair whipped around as if trying to escape. The black castle loomed dangerously close, and I dared not move a muscle for fear of losing a limb against its unforgiving walls. Sam's maniacal laughter echoed in my ear as he loosened his grip on me ever so slightly. "SAM!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Abruptly, I was jerked upwards, the sudden change in direction knocking the wind from my lungs. I could only manage an "oomph" as my body resisted the abrupt shift. "Yes?" Sam asked me innocently. Taking a sharp turn, the realisation only then dawned on me that we were flying. Sam held me securely against his chest, his colossal wings beating rhythmically above us. Th

"Fashionably late, as always." Another demon boldly remarked. I turned around to the female voice and found Dagon, holding hands with another male demon, both dressed in full black. "So, this is the human." The male said with interest. He stepped forwards and held out his hand for me to take. I automatically stretched out my hand to place it into his, before I realised that demons didn't shake hands. Ren eyed my hand with glee and grabbed it quickly, a look of delight spreading across his face. Suddenly, a wave of lust washed over me, flooding my senses with vivid images of sexual scenes. Hands caressing skin, lips breathing in ears, ropes tightly bound, flesh against flesh. "REN." Sam's voice snarled angrily from somewhere far away. I was abruptly pulled back, but my hand was still being held by the lust creature. My breath caught as the images grew more intense and forbidden. Knives traced over throats, teeth biting through skin, tongues twirling each other. "Fucking hell." I h

“Are we really sure about this?“ Elle asked, her voice thick with apprehension. “We’re sure.” Elyse replied firmly, her eyes brimming with hope. Neither Elle nor I could bring ourselves to object any further. There was only one wall between this room and the dungeons, which were currently empty since all the prisoners had been taken out for the hunt. That's why tonight was the perfect night to do this. Sam wouldn't be here, and nor would be any of the hunters. Adrian had been invited to the hunt, much to his delight, and so even he would be occupied for the entire night. “How exactly do we do this?” I asked, frowning as doubt crept in. Half of me was convinced it wouldn’t work. The other half—the rational part—was terrified that it might. “Did we really have to pick the creepiest place for this?!” I jumped at the sound of a male voice, my hand instinctively gripping the hilt of my knife. Dante and Reggie had entered, Dante carrying a thick black book while Reggie laughed, pattin

I smiled and tugged on Sam’s pants, pulling him closer until his body pressed against mine. The thick branch beneath us held steady, but offered no protection from the cold wind gusting over our bare skin. Sam’s lips captured mine once again, and as his hand slid across my skin, feeling my goosebumps, fire burst from his fingertips. I gasped when the branch caught fire. Sam quickly doused the flames with his ice, but I stared at the charred spot, shock coursing through me. My mouth fell open in disbelief. "What... What is this?" I asked with disbelief. “I... I don’t know,” Sam replied, his eyes wide with uncertainty. “Have you always had this?” I questioned suspiciously, turning toward him. He looked at me, clearly unsure. “No,” he admitted, glancing down at his hand in amazement. I did the same. “I think it’s you. Your fire... it’s in my veins now.” I blinked, trying to process his words. "I noticed it every time I had your blood in my system. I felt the warmth. But I couldn

  • Captured by Satan   Chapter 186: Fight

I bit my lip in torment, unable to tear my gaze away from Sam’s bare upper body. The fact that my body temperature was already too high didn’t help, nor did the way Sam moved in the fighting circle, calculating his next move to defeat his eight opponents. The scar I had given him long ago with a whip stood out starkly against his bronzed skin. The crown still sat firmly on his head, a testament to his rigid posture—even in the middle of combat. I almost groaned in desperation when Sam lifted the corner of his mouth into a smug smirk, taunting his enemies. Sam was intoxicated by the fight. It had been a long time since anyone dared challenge him, but tonight, nothing could stop him. He gave his challengers a simple choice: yield or die. A number of demons already lay dead at the corners of the ring. The vampires were nearly driven mad by the scent of blood, but Lucifer had kept them in check by giving each a bottle of blood wine. They lounged around, enjoying the company of several

  • Captured by Satan   Chapter 185: The moment is here

I followed Sam's gaze and was met with thousands of silent eyes. It was still beyond me how such a large crowd could remain so quiet. My eyes first landed on Lucifer's wife, who was yanked back harshly by her husband. Lucifer looked regal, wearing a massive crown. His purple attire suited his large frame, and he puffed out his chest proudly when our gazes met. Shea stood a few meters away with the Lust crowd, her expression disapproving. The moment our eyes met, she quickly looked down. Moving on, I saw Adrian with his arms around Elle, both beaming with happiness and pride. I forced myself to suppress a smile, wanting to appear serious, and looked further. Dagon stood with Ren, holding hands. Ren gently stroked Dagon's arm. I almost gasped when I noticed a slight bump in Dagon's belly. I nodded in acknowledgment, and Dagon responded with a serene smile, nodding back. Elyse stood near them, arms crossed, looking as fierce as any demon king. The numerous knives strapped to her bod

“Don’t be nervous.” Elle scolded me from behind. I huffed in response. “I’m so done with these public events.” I replied, wringing my hands together. “Well, get ready for a lot more. You’re going to be Queen.” Elyse commented from the side. I eyed her, furrowing my brows. Elle finished the intricate braid, adding small wildflowers to my hair. Their colors popped against my dark strands, and I smiled at my reflection in the mirror. Elyse applied a final swipe of red lipstick to my lips, stepping back to admire her work. "You look absolutely perfect. Like a true Queen." I smiled again. My throat was bare. It would soon be adorned with a ruby necklace, similar to Sam's. Small rubies dangled from my ears, and a simple gold bracelet wrapped around my wrist. My dress was black and red, massive and encrusted with gemstones. I could barely walk in it, but apparently, this was how coronation dresses looked in this realm. Except for Elle, considering she was dressed in lingerie and a see

"Two bottles and one pack of cigarettes a month. That's my offer. Take it or leave it." Sam said, turning to Rhazien. The vampire sucked on his teeth, his fangs just visible, sharp and menacing. A shudder ran through me. They looked lethal. And painful. Lucifer, leaning heavily on the table, looked desperate. Around him, the vampires shared the same tense, eager expressions. Rhazien paused, letting the tension stretch. He scanned the room, his gaze lingering on each of us before it finally settled on Sam. He nodded once. "Yes!" Lucifer cheered, immediately turning to point at random vampires—each of them stunning in their own way. Lucifer's wife was going to have a heart attack. "I'll have my own harem!" He announced proudly. Sam sighed, clearly exasperated. "Oh, hell... What have we gotten ourselves into?" I snorted, nudging his chest. "Let him have his fun." "My brothers won’t be happy about this," Sam muttered. "I just gave the King of Pride something to brag about

  • Captured by Satan   Chapter 182: Gifts

I watched with interest as everyone around me became increasingly drunk. I kept my distance from the wine, not wanting to cloud my mind, and leaned comfortably against Sam. The vampires danced with the grace and allure of professional performers, putting on quite the spectacle. “I have some gifts for you, Rhazien.” Sam said, cutting through my distracted thoughts. “Gifts?” Rhazien’s eyes lit up with curiosity. “For your hospitality.” Sam reached to his side, producing a packet of cigarettes and a bottle of wine. Rhazien gasped, his excitement palpable. “Is that…?” Rhazien asked, his voice full of wonder. “Yes,” Sam smirked from behind me, “enjoy them.” “What are those?” I asked, eyeing the odd-smelling cigarettes. I recognized the wine as blood wine. “Blood cigarettes,” Sam replied. I froze at the words. “A delicacy for vampires. They can’t make them themselves. The process is intricate and involves working with a lot of blood,” he explained softly. Rhazien twirled the cigare

Sam cleared his throat and turned to Rhazien. “We agree—on my wife’s condition. My brother gets to take a vampire of his choice home. I’ll supply you with at least a dozen humans every month, in exchange for a dozen vampires.” Rhazien glanced from Sam to me, then over to Lucifer, who was still dancing. After a moment, he sighed. “Deal.” “Perfect.” Sam said with a grin, extending his hand. They shook on it, both clearly satisfied. I looked ahead, noticing some women dancing sensually on the bar. Their bodies moved like snakes, swaying their hips seductively, the atmosphere dripping with allure. Sam and Rhazien clinked their glasses and downed their drinks in sync, slamming the empty glasses down with matching grins. I knew Sam was getting drunk when he suddenly pulled me onto his lap. I gasped, instinctively resisting, but his supernatural strength held me still. He pressed my hips against his and my back against his chest. His arms encircled me, and he placed another glass of w

The dark ballroom got even darker when Rhazien clapped his hands, and the dangerous tension in the room rose considerably. “Do you think they’ll dance with me?” Lucifer asked, his eyes fixed on a group of vampires. “They would be honored, King of Envy,” Credence replied. “Many of us have never had the privilege of meeting a demon.” "Why is that?" I asked with interest, glancing at the human girls twirling around in beautiful dresses, their vampire partners looking down at them like they were a snack. They probably were. “We're not foolish enough to venture into the demon realm. That would be suicide,” Credence explained, tapping her glass with her long, blood-red nails. “Nor do we invite demons into our lands. Demons are too bloodthirsty. For your King, we made a exception." "We won't shed any blood here." I promised her, even though I couldn't see her. "Don't make promises that aren't yours to make, Queen of Wrath. Your husband has quite the reputation. We know the risks we’ve
