**Luna Lawson**
I woke up to the smell of burnt wood. Staring around the town, I knew the dragons had invaded the new village again. I was running and slaying every single damn dragon creature that had invaded our lands. First, they killed my father, who was the king. Now they are abducting all the females of our kind.
The humans were beautiful—more reason for us never to leave the tower gate or go hunting. It was mostly the men who hunted and returned home to feed us.
How long are we going to continue running and hiding from these beastly creatures that could shapeshift into humans and dragons and fly? Someone has to stop them, but who? I asked myself as I turned back, dressed like the male warrior that I am not. My five sisters had all been taken away, and I was the only surviving daughter and heir to the Sunfield Kingdom.
Burning with rage, I stopped and drew my sword to face the dragons. I had been trained as a male because my father didn’t have a son, and my mother lost hope after my birth and killed herself. I had to muster the courage to train as the son my father never had, as those beastly dragons couldn't be easily killed; their skins were too strong.
I waited for the dragons to show up, knowing they had returned to this new hideout of ours to kidnap the females they could perceive. Everything they wanted was to mate with us human females, but how did the women they had previously captured survive?
Obviously, it wasn’t that they agreed to sleep with a dragon man and conceive a dragon baby—they were forced as there was no way they were willing participants. I cannot imagine what those dragons forced upon those young, pretty females they had captured.
They didn’t capture the ugly ones—of course, our women weren’t ugly. Still, they weren’t satisfied with all the women they had taken, as they kept returning to capture more of us.
On the first day they came into our palace, they killed and burned the guards. I wasn’t home; I had gone for my training, where I learned how to fight like a man.
It seems the rumors had reached their dragon king’s ears that the human ruler had many pretty daughters, and he targeted my family.
All five of my sisters were gone, and I knew there was no hope of them returning home.
Sunfield Palace burned to ashes when I was only 15 years old.
Now I am 22 years old. I tied a bandana around my head and donned my warrior attire. Picking up my bow and arrows, I secured them in their respective places on my manly garb, and I went out holding my sword high to face the dragons again.
These dragons terrorized the whole town, believing the humans were weaklings. I couldn’t even differentiate the dragons from our men, which made it easy for intruders to invade our lands, as the dragon men were also handsome.
Some were dark, while others were yellow, and their skin was so enchanting and sparkling clean—like a shining glass surface.
I had trained to study the dragon men, and because I dressed like a man, I had not been captured.
Our men fought pretty well, but they were still no match for the dragons, who breathed fire. So, whenever the dragons invaded, the males allowed them to take their daughters away without doing anything to stop them. But no! Enough of the cries.
"Stop there!" I commanded, and the two dragons turned to face me.
"Hey, mister! Get out of our way. We are here for the pretty females, not masculine men like you! Now move aside before I burn you to ashes."
"Hmm." My eyes darkened at the dragon who spoke to me; I could feel my golden-colored eyes burning with anger.
In a swift, sharp move, I somersaulted forward and sliced the dragon man by his throat, killing him instantly. He let out a shrill cry, but as the second dragon wanted to burn me alive, still shocked, I sliced him too, killing them both and rescuing my people.
"Hurry! We have to leave this village. If the other dragons find out that these two didn’t return to their king, then we will be in grave danger, having a battalion of dragons chasing after us!" I shouted, letting all the people staring at me in shock know.
"Thank you, sir, for saving our daughters. May the lands bless you and be in favor of you.."
I watched as the elderly men sang praises, and I yelled, "This is no time for praises! Hurry up and let’s leave."
We had been traveling since our lands were destroyed, and yet these dragons did not want to give up on capturing us. They wanted to enslave our kind and deny us the liberty of freedom.
We slept and woke up every day in fright, running away from the flying creatures that could perceive our kind and salivated at the thought of how delicious our women were to them.
I had no time to dress like the female I was. Even though I was pretty, I wore protective clothing, not wearing a bra underneath my armor to hide how large my breasts were. As that was the first major target of the dragons—staring at the our human female chest.
No one knew I was a female, and I made no friends either.
I thought of stopping the capturing of our people and came up with a solution: to kill their dragon king and queen. That way, it would send all the dragons away in fear of the humans. I decided to remove my disguise when another batch of dragons comes to capture our females again.
I thought to show them my bodily assets, as that would be my weapon of mass destruction to eliminate all those silly dragons.
I was tall, curvy, and had a flat stomach with big hips. My buttocks were also ample, as I had a naturally round backside. Because I trained so hard, day and night, mastering the art of sword fighting, I had no time to show off my beauty as the last princess of the Sunfield Kingdom.
But my mind was made up; except we would continue running.
After finding a nearby camp, the people were all happy that they had a new dragon slayer to protect them, but I wasn't happy, as I had to avenge the loss of my parents, my lost sisters, and fight for the next generation so they could enjoy their freedom.
This was my plan, and that same night, some dragons returned to the new camp, breathing fire around us. They burned down the tents that surrounded us so none of us could escape as they flew down.
They were all black dragons, and they landed and shapeshifted back into their human forms. My eyes burned with fury as I stood among our people, unafraid, when one of the dragons walked up to me and stopped in front of me.
"Who among you killed our men?" The dragon man questioned. The people visibly shook, and I could feel their eyes on me as they weren't ready to be burned to ashes.
"I did." A man stepped forward, holding his sword. The handsome black dragon-man standing before me narrowed his eyes at him and smirked, walking around the man, who was visibly shaking.
"I doubt you're the one. Do you really think you can lie to us? For the last time, who beheaded our men? You can see I came here with my sword; the same treatment we received will be given to you if you don't bring forth the warrior who killed our guards."
"I did." I finally spoke, not trying to cover my voice as I was a female. The dragon-man turned to face me.
"You..." He strode closer to me, sniffing around me as if he could perceive my scent.
"I knew you were a woman hiding in disguise. How interesting," he smirked.
**Luna Lawson**I stood my ground, not shaking, as the dragon man walked up to me and stopped right in front of me. I could see my people visibly shaking, afraid of what these dark men wanted to do to me."Hmm," he hummed as he walked around me, and I didn’t shake in fear, waiting for him to open his mouth and burn me to ashes since he was a dragon."Strip!" he commanded, and I froze."What?" I asked, meeting his red eyes as he stopped in front of me. I could still see the surprised looks of disbelief on the faces of the other four dragons, who had all shapeshifted to look like us humans, and were surprised to hear I was a woman."You heard me correctly. Now strip!" he commanded again, and my blood boiled with anger as I saw the look of rejection on my people's faces."Don't think I have time to waste here with you. You actually sliced the throat of a royal dragon guard. How powerful are you? So I need to confirm whether you're truly a female or a male before deciding your punishment
**Mikel Diego**I scented the beautiful woman and knew she had run into my bedroom, but how did she escape Abigail and Nana's clutch?I closed the door, knowing she wouldn't be able to escape or fly out the window since I doubted she could fly. I had to dismiss them to avoid raising panic throughout the entire palace. I was the dragon king, but my mother, the queen, and my sister were around, and they hadn't seen her—except for my chosen mate, Zuri, who had been with me when Aaron arrived with her.Zuri's eyes burned with disgust because the human was pretty, and worst of all, Aaron brought her in bare without any clothes. How could this happen?I felt hard pressed seeing how sexy and curvy her waist was. I was a dragon king, 540 years old, but since my conception and birth, I hadn’t seen a pretty human female like her.We didn’t grow older in our kingdom, but we abducted human females for crossbreeding purposes to maintain balance in our system, as female dragons hardly birthed many h
**Mikel Diego**"It's okay. I will see to that, but first, take care of Abigail and Nana, and ensure they don't reveal anything to Zuri. If she tries any nonsense with me this time, I won't hesitate to cut off her tongue, as she claimed she would burn the human if she was still left in this castle."Aaron laughed, but I wasn't laughing.Seeing my serious expression, Aaron calmed down. He was 400 years old."Alright, bro, let me go to Abigail and Nana. But what do you plan to do with the pretty human female? I don't even know her name yet," he asked me, and I shook my head."I don't know. Let's all wait until nightfall to find out. You can leave; I would like to be alone," I said."Left alone, or left with the pretty one?" Aaron asked. My eyes subtly narrowed at him, and he quickly left, while I walked up to lock the entrance door leading into my passage, securing both the front and back doors. I didn't care what my mother or sisters would say.As I finished locking the back passage doo
**Mikel Diego**I turned to stare back at the pretty woman, and my jaw almost dropped at the sight of her holding my bed drawer. Aaron was right when he told me she was skilled and would be a considerable problem if she were to be sold, as most of the humans we had captured were soft and afraid. But she possessed an aura of ruthlessness."Put the drawer back," I spoke calmly to her, making no attempt to approach her.I could feel her heart pounding loudly in her chest, and even though she pretended to be strong and unafraid, I knew her heart was saying something different."No!" she exclaimed in a whisper. I stared back at her as I calmly walked to my wardrobe to pick up the scattered clothes she had thrown on the floor."Who are you and what do you want from me?" she asked, but I didn’t reply."What do you want from my people, you beast?" she cursed at me. That was supposed to hit a nerve, but still, I didn’t flinch, as her voice seemed enchanting and was turning me on already.I igno
**Mikel Diego**I saw how calm she became after just one kiss, and I could tell she wanted me to continue kissing her. I had work to do, and that was to prepare for the official announcement of her as my second mate.Zuri could run mad all she wanted, but I wasn't going to let this pretty, hot, stubborn human out of my clutches.I already sensed she liked me, and having taken off my clothes—especially my shirt—I was sure she was staring at the dragon tattoo drawn on my back. That was a needless reminder to anyone of who I am. I cannot be killed, and that’s a fact; I am a dragon king."Aren't you going to stand up, or do you want me to continue?" I asked her as I finally stood up and stared into her face, forgetting that I had loosened my robe away from her body. She blushed embarrassedly, still licking her lips as she sat up."You like it, right?" I asked her, but just then, her face twisted with irritation, and she frowned. Just when I thought I had her, she warned me, "Don't you dare
**Mikel Diego**I tried to stop myself, but all to no avail. Her voice, her body—everything about her was igniting a flame within me, and my thirst to claim her kept rising.I had locked the passage entrance door, and I was so sure that none would dare knock or disturb me.Even though my window was still left ajar, it had iron protective bars, and I was confident that if I thrust into her cave and deflowered her, no one would be able to rescue her from my grasp—not even my mother, sister, or my mate, Zuri.I wanted her to get in the mood with me; I wanted to make love to her, not force myself upon her.I was already attracted to her. I knew we had just met and shouldn't rush into things, but I couldn't help but want her.I really wanted her badly, and it annoyed me that she was still a virgin. That's why I had taken so much of my time to get her in the mood. She was driving me crazier than I could ever have imagined, and I wanted to feel her wetness as my hands traveled down to touch h
**Luna Lawson**I cried my eyes out, feeling the heat of flames and smoke, and I knew the dragons were fighting outside. I would have been happier knowing the dragons were now fighting each other because of me, the royal dragon household was on fire, but I was sadder.I cried and slowly sobbed in the room, knowing that sooner or later a little baby dragon would soon creep out from me."No!" I cried, standing up from the bed, but my center seemed torn from the huge rod that had scattered my cave.I couldn't walk, so I fell to the bedside, hitting my head on his bed and the drawer made of iron. They were wealthy, but all of that didn’t matter to me.I cannot birth a dragon. No!I cried, unable to even stand up from the floor, staring at the bed and seeing bloodstains.I was gradually losing blood, which showed how his huge rod had torn me, and I said my last prayer."Father, mother, sisters... forgive me for not avenging you all..."I shut my eyes and laid on the tiled floor, waiting to
**Mikel Diego**I walked back into the mansion with Aaron, who was clearly limping, as my guards' leader, Harry Styles, walked into the hall to meet me.Harry was also trusted and 600 years of age, and he bowed before me."Your majesty!""Ensure equilibrium and don't let any of the North Wing make a fuss around here," I instructed him."Okay, your majesty," Harry bowed and left while I shifted my gaze back to Aaron."How are you feeling now?" I asked him, noticing that his wound was taking time to heal."I'm fine, brother, but why did you cut off Zuri's tongue? That wasn't necessary," Aaron spoke, and I nodded in response."That's not the issue now," I replied, and Aaron smiled."Relax, brother. How's she? I honestly wanted to have her before you do, and I was waiting for tomorrow night," Aaron said teasingly, and I smiled a little."You have Aspen with you. Do you want Aspen to kill you for cheating on her?" I asked Aaron, and he laughed."Hahaha! Aspen cannot stop me. I understand yo
Luna Lawson:Zuri and I hugged for a while, and after we were through hugging, I moved away from Zuri and watched her walk up to meet Mikel as Mikel was still busy speaking to some dragon chiefs in the hall.Tired after the day's event, as I knew that I was resuming my duty the following day as the new queen of Dragunite kingdom, I finally took the stairs and went back upstairs to my bedroom to rest as the night had fallen. As I stepped upstairs to the second floor and made my way to the third floor, just then Mikel's mother and sister followed me upstairs, and as I stopped in front of my room door, Mikel's mother called my name, "Luna."I paused and stared back at the former queen and her daughter, as I knew they both hated me, and they walked up to meet me while I greeted them, "Good evening.""Yes, how are you doing? Lucy and I will soon be leaving as we're not staying in the castle for today. Although Mikel asked us to return, we have left the castle for you and him to occupy. We'r
Luna Lawson:My heart was beating with each second as I stepped into the grand hall.I could feel all the eyes on me as I walked up to the throne to meet Mikel, with Molly accompanying me and walking beside me.I felt like I was at home, and it indeed felt so real to see myself getting married to Mikel, like we usually saw people wed in Sunfield kingdom.I had thought Mikel was joking when he said he wanted us to wed.But now it wasn't a joke. The grand hall was full to the brim, even more than when I was auctioned to Mikel, and even more likely the outside of the royal castle was full with guests who stood admiring me.I wished my family or sisters were around as that would have made my joy complete.I walked up to the throne to meet Mikel standing there elegantly and staring at Mikel in the black suit that I had bought for him. I smiled as Mikel looked so breathtakingly handsome, and I knew I was indeed lucky to become his bride.I was already Mikel's mate, and there was no going bac
Luna Lawson:What was I thinking that the wedding wouldn't hold?I finally went back into my room and went to my bed to lay on it.After a while, Molly knocked and she came in."Should I bring your dinner here, my queen?" Molly asked me, and I sat up and stared at her."Fine, bring it as I don't want to see Mikel," I said, and Molly's eyes widened before she smiled and said, "Okay."Molly left to bring my dinner, and I sat on my golden chair and ate my dinner silently. After I was through, I went to shower, even as I was thinking that Mikel would come to disturb me.Mike didn't step into my room, so I went to my wardrobe and took out my nightgown and went to my bed and lay on it before I finally drifted to sleep.--------The following morning, I woke up nervously as I knew it was my wedding.A wedding with a dragon king, and my face was already burning red.I could hear the sounds of people arriving at the mighty castle, and I was extremely nervous as I stepped down from my bed and we
Luna Lawson:I was so excited about my wedding preparation with Mikel.I knew I was now in the dragon's world, and there was no going back home, so I had left the mansion earlier with Molly and my twins.Alana and Aiden were excited as it was our first time officially leaving the castle and going to the south wing's big market.I saw lots of gold, diamonds, and beautiful items that shone in my eyes for me to select one of them and to buy it.We didn't take cash with us, so I asked Molly, "How do you people pay for the things that you shop here?"Molly was holding hands with Aiden while I held hands with Alana as we walked down to the market area and also into the market. Molly said, "The guards will pay for it as they're the ones with gold coins.""Gold coins. Oh! You know I haven't gone out to shop before as everything I need is in the castle," I said, and Molly smiled friendly to me."I know. Here, let's check with this shop if they will have the type of gown that you will like." Mol
Mikel Diego:I walked into the castle to see my mother, Lucy, and my uncles in the grand hall too."Greetings, your majesty," they greeted me just as I stepped into the grand hall."Well done, how's everyone doing?" I asked, meeting all their burning red eyes on me. Lucy stood up and asked me, "What do you want here, Mikel? Haven't you sent us away for your human mate?"I met Lucy's angry eyes on me, and my uncle - the oldest of my mother's two brothers, Uncle Jasper, spoke, "I heard your human mate could shapeshift and fly like us, your majesty. How's that possible?""Is that for real? How does a human possess the ability to fly?" My second uncle, Thomas, asked me while my mother was silent as they spoke to me."That's not why I'm here. Tomorrow, we're having a grand celebration in the castle to mark Luna and me as mates, but officially like a human wedding," I said."Do you intend to turn us into humans, Mikel?" Uncle Jasper asked me."No. We're only going to have a feast, and there
Mikel Diego:I chased after Luna and finally caught up with her as Luna wouldn't leave me hanging. We made love again and after I was exhausted, we finally went back to the river to pick up our clothes and put them on. This time, I didn't fly off with Luna as I encouraged her to shapeshift and fly after seeing that the castle wasn't far ahead of us.Most of our Dragunite people stared up at Luna and me in admiration, as they hadn't thought that Luna could shapeshift and fly. So, we flew back to the royal castle, and upon arriving home, Alana and Aiden rushed to give Luna and me hugs as they might have missed our absence.I felt at home and finally had a complete family of mine. I thought to forgive Aaron and asked him if he would like to return to the royal castle.I knew Luna wasn't mischievous like Zuri, nor would Luna flirt or try to mate with Aaron to get back at me, as Luna had forgiven me.We went into the castle and had dinner with our kids as the night was fast approaching.Aft
Luna Lawson:I was so amazed at how our kingdom had changed and grown into a more developed kingdom. The Sunfield kingdom.Although I knew that I was now a dragon and also Mikel's mate, I hadn't thought of Mikel flying out with me and off to my kingdom again.I was mesmerized by the new towering building that I saw as the palace.I wanted to get closer to the kingdom and see all the beautiful new houses and people living around in Sunfield kingdom, but Mikel was right as I was indeed my father's daughter and of royal family blood.Anyone who saw me and my shining blonde hair knew that truly I was a princess and probably the former king's daughter, as my other five sisters were popular.I missed them so much and I really wanted to see them again.Sharon, Benita, Grace, Lora, and Flora Lawson were all my elder sisters.I missed them all and wanted to reunite with them again. When I had spoken to Mikel to allow me to get closer to my kingdom again, I knew that Mikel would refuse as Mikel
Mikel Diego:I knew Luna was stubborn, so I had to coax her to agree, as I had seen her when she woke up from her sleep, and she was sweating profusely.Even before Luna woke up, she had been struggling and screaming out, "Help! Let me go!!," but she didn't know that she was screaming in her dream.Luna was disturbed, and I knew that was why - she chose to stay awake at night, as her previous nightmares of my dragon guards invading her palace had left her extremely broken.Luna was mad at me, and I knew that she had every right to be.I decided to propose to her, and how she wanted it, as I believed that would make Luna change her mind and forgive me.I turned and stared at Luna's face as I watched her step out from my restroom, and Luna wanted to carefully exit my room door, even after she had seen that I was awake.I carefully sat up from my bed and asked her, "Where are you going to, Luna?""I'm having more nightmares, and I need to be left alone," Luna replied to me. I rose from my
Luna Lawson.I opened my eyes slowly and sat up on the bed, seeing who had entered Mikel's bedroom - Mikel was back again."What do you want again? I thought I asked you to sleep in my room," I asked Mikel, but he ignored me and walked up to his bed where I was sitting."I cannot sleep alone," Mikel replied, his jaws clenched."What do you mean you cannot sleep alone? Are you a kid?" I asked, feeling a little angry.I was trying to sleep on his king-size bed with his earthy scent disturbing my nose, and now Mikel was back in his bedroom."I cannot sleep alone, I'm scared," Mikel lied, and I knew he was lying as he smiled and tried to join me in bed."No! Why would you be scared? You sent Alana and Aiden away, and they're kids who should be scared, not you. In short, I'm going to Alana or Aiden's bedroom to sleep," I said, trying to get off Mikel's bed. However, Mikel caught me and we ended up rolling on the bed.Mikel loomed over me, laying on top of me and staring at my face."Why are
