80. Pleading Eyes

Luna Lawson:

I walked out with Amos, and the whole area seemed calm while the sun was gradually going down, with the moon rising above the clouds.

We walked, and just then my eyes fell on the two guards approaching us.

"My queen, His Majesty said that the human should come with us," one of the two guards spoke to us, and me in particular, as I saw the guard's red eyes burning at Amos irritably, like he was ready to burn Amos to death for daring to disguise like them, and more likely, holding arms with me.

"No! Go away!" I warned as I pulled Amos closer to myself. Amos stiffened as his hard chiseled body collided and pressed beside my warm right arm as I held him closer.

"No Luna, let me go, I will be fine," Amos awkwardly said to me as he wanted me to release his left arm, that I held closer to my right arm, and also more closer to myself like I was protecting him and shielding him away from the two guards, but I immediately said, "No."

"Stand back, you two!" I warned the two guards as
