2024-10-29 19:42:56“Are you really okay?” I asked Zygo after he calmed down. The opening speech was done by his grandfather, and with that time, Zygo remained silent. I was shocked. He was the most extraordinary billionaire of Tranquil, but he looks like he did not exist in this home.
“Don’t worry about me; I’m fine,” Zygo muttered and then took a glance at me. I just nodded and let out a deep sigh.
The people present in this event started eating as we remained standing, looking at them. I looked at the end where Zygo’s grandfather was standing with other older men. It’s his family’s business partners.
The old man suddenly takes a look in our direction. I raised my left brow when I met his eyes. He stared for a second and shrugged, then brought his eyes back to the men.
“I failed to cancel the engagement,” Zygo mumbled.
