I stared in shock at Alpha Gunnolf. I couldn’t for the life of me believe that he was standing in front of me. It felt like it was another man. What was he doing here in my room? He pushed me slightly backwards, and stepped into my room.

I stared at his broad back in shock. Alpha Gunnolf never came to my room. I was aware that some maids were trying to eavesdrop on my conversation and I closed the door in response. I turned back and I saw Alpha Gunnolf glaring at me.
