It's been a few months since the incident with Kayden happened.

Gemma is back to her usual bookworm self even more than ever as they are now in the middle of the semester.

Ava busted inside the room as Gemma dropped her pain, sighing. Ava has something to say.

“Gemma, Kayden is having an interview just right before the award show and that son of a lousy bitch is trying to stir up trouble.” Ava said in a frustrated tone.

“What is it again? ” Gemma asked.

“So there is this so-called rival of Kayden, his name is Damien, and he is the absolute worst.” Ava huffed.

“Who is Damien?” Gemma asked as she rubbed her now aching forehead.

“Damien is Kayden's Wannabe, if Kayden ever caught the worst illness and becomes ugly and nasty, it did be Damien.” Ava explained.

Ava was not the only one feeling the frustration. Most of Kayden fans were.

Damien was once Kayden's friend, but they had a fallout and Damien has been relentless to get Kayden.

Tonight was the most anticipated award show, the biggest award show in the music world.

Kayden's songs and album have been nominated, others also have been nominated, but the rival standing out was Damien.

Kayden, as usual, got all the attention and was having an interview with the hosts, Damien was also being interviewed before Kayden's arrival.

The host asked if they believed they deserved to win.

Kayden's response was short and simple.

“Every one nominated deserves to win, but what I think really matters is how much our music inspires people. The best would always win no matter what.”

Damien's response to the question was what got everyone pissed.

“Everyone has worked hard, but the truth is that they get robbed because they are privileged people who use their money and influence to bribe their way to get every award. I think this year should be fair on the hard workers and not the artists who benefit greatly from nepotism.”

“What an asshole.” Gemma muttered as she watched the interview in disgust. She watched how Kayden remained indifferent, his smile did not even falter once.

He must have been used to it, so sad.

Gemma really didn't know about celebrities and their lifestyles , but once or twice over the past few months, she found herself on the Internet watching Kayden interviews and work routines.

It's really unfair to say that, when he even works 10 times harder because people would constantly try to downgrade his achievements by saying he had rich parents.

“I HATE HIM SO MUCH” Ava growled loudly.

“Calm down, go watch your interview somewhere else. Do tell me the winner when you are done, though.” Gemma said, shoving Ava away.

“Do you now like Kayden?” Ava asked seriously.

“I never hated him, and I have no choice but to know him because you are crazy about him. Liking him is a bit overreach.” Gemma ended.

Ava decided not to argue with her, this award show is more important than anything in the world right now.

A few hours Later Ava screamed and not just Ava, the whole school roared to life.

“Yes! My baby won. My hardworking Nepo-Baby won.” Ava screamed.

Gemma chuckled at Ava's reaction. Oh, what a joy to be this loved by people, Kayden sure saved the world in his past life.

“Gemma, listen to my baby speak.” Ava said, shoving her phone at Gemma's face.

Gemma stared at the screen, anyone could tell he was being overwhelmed by emotions. His hands reached out to the trophy as he held it like the most delicate treasure.

“I really did not prepare a speech. I didn't think I would win.” Kayden said with a shaky voice.

His fans roared his name, cheering him on.

“I have a lot to say......” Kayden continued.

“I am most grateful to God, he gave me the best gift in the world, the gift of my fans. To my team and Manager, I thank you sincerely. To the other nominees in this category, I won this for us all.” Kayden said as everyone kept on cheering.

“This season has been one hectic and depressing season, I thought I would die because of life has been.....yunno.... It feels like it was just yesterday I got kicked out of the house by my parents for wanting to follow my dream.” Kayden said.

Now everyone was dead silent, they knew that he was kicked out, but him confirming the rumours hurt.

“My poor baby .” Ava muttered.

“I guess I have to thank my parents for that. Don't be sad it's a good thing, thanks to them, I am here. The concluded world tour I had was the best thing ever. Thanks to that, my new Album "Green" would be out soon.......”

Fans screamed at the top of their lungs after the announcement.#The father is back to save the music industry once again# started trending worldwide after the announcement.

“I'll go live to talk more about my album. It's my gift to you to show you how thankful I am to be loved by you. Haters can hate on me but know that Kayden would forever live, in your head rent free.” Kayden ended as he bowed to the audience in 180°.

Ava screamed, hugging Gemma. It's a good day to be a K-citizen.

Gemma, just rolled, her eyes at Ava who was going berserk, posting and giggling.

“Why is the name of the album called Green though” Ava said from nowhere.

“You will have your answer when he goes live.”

Gemma said, brushing her off so that she would be quiet.

“Gemma, let's go shopping tomorrow.” Ava said, catching Gemma off guard.

“Why?” Gemma asked.

“We need to go shop for green clothes, in need of them.” Ava said hurriedly.

“Why, jeez, calm down.” Gemma said to Ava.

“Well, easy for you to say when you have green eyes. I am so jealous of you right now.” Ava said as she held Gemma's face between her palms.

Gemma immediately shook her head, refuting whatever idea she had.

Obviously, it's her Delusions. I mean, they just met once in a bad circumstances.

He was being extra nice as to protect his image.

What is she thinking!

Gemma stared at Ava with murderous eyes, Ava's delusions finally rubbed off on her.

Ava was still unaware of the situation that had happened, and she intended to keep it that way. Not that it would do anybody good if she told her.

Besides, she doesn't feel guilty about it.

Kayden is a man of his words, he gave a shout-out to Ava during his 7th year anniversary celebration.

Gemma remembered how Ava passed out cold.

Ava was recognised officially as a superfan. Ava had a lot of followers because she was a part-time model, but her stargram account rose greatly to the extent she became verified.

Gemma, was happy seeing Ava happy because she knows Ava uses her love for Kayden to escape her dark reality.

If Ava doesn't want to tell her, yet she wouldn't pry at all, even though she has an idea of exactly what's going.

“Remember when he did a shout-out to you?” Gemma said to Ava, who let out an earth - scattering scream as she ran around the room.
