Silent

I no longer have pain, not for days. The bruises were gone and the scratches had scabbed over. When they heal, it will be like all traces of my time with Eric will be erased. I wrapped my arms around my stomach and squeezed until the thought passed. If a month ago you told me that, I would be so upset because of my flawless skin, I would call you an idiot and hit you hard.
