Chapter 98: This home is not yours

When Barbara returned to the office, Dante was so busy with his numerous meetings that he wasn't able to get closer to her, just when he was about to hurry to his office, probably to get a glance at her to ease his stressful day, Barbara is already out.

"Bro! Is your meeting over?" Sally asked seeing his sad face, looking at Barbara's section of the office.

"She left already." He looks at Sally with cold eyes. "Sorry, I thought you wanted to get something from her." Dante didn't reply to her, he walked slowly to his desk. "She just left and I heard that, Gordon is not coming to pick her up, he is out of town and her driver has an emergency meeting."

Dante looks at Sally without expression, like he is trying to process the words. "Are you alright?" Sally asked, he grabbed his keys and hurried out, going straight outside and into the elevator, Sally smiled, she kept getting points which meant that, her bonus would increase as well.

"Babs!"

He called as soon as he arrived at the parking l
