"Seb, I hate surprises, you know this." I whined as we had been driving for almost ninety minutes, the city was left behind but still he didn't tell me where he was taking us.

"Patience bears the sweetest fruit, Char. We're almost there." He only smiled and kept driving on the narrow lane.

I groaned and slouched on the sweat, the sky had turned into a dark shade of purple and hue. It was far from the hustle bustle of the city, peaceful and serenic for a perfect escape.

After five minutes' drive, the car entered in an orchard, I saw peach trees lined up on both sides of the narrow road.

"Wow! This is a peach orchard, Sebestian. Are we here to pluck fresh fruits for our breakfast?" I joked but I really loved the place.

"You're gonna love the place where I'm going to take you." He said and soon a small cottage at the end of the orchard appeared. It was someone's farmhouse, perhaps the owner's.

It was illuminated in fairy lights, the trees and the cottage, far from everyone.
