(Freya's POV)

“Hazel… Hazel… no, please hold on!!” I shouted hysterically.

I hugged him so tightly that my body was shaking violently. Blood was flowing from his head and my palm was wet with his blood. Fear seemed to sink me into deep darkness.

“Hazel!!” Ash's screams echoed there, kneeling next to me, seeing what state Hazel was in when Stella had hit her and ran away.

Ash immediately called an ambulance and a few minutes later they came, took Hazel, and gave her first aid. I sat with my hand still holding Hazel's unconscious hand.

I kept crying all the way to the hospital while Ash followed behind in his car and Violet with him.

“Hazel… my darling… I'm sorry Mommy. It's all mom's fault. Please… keep holding on and never leave mommy.” I squeezed my hand tighter into Hazel's tiny hand and it was covered in blood. My tears broke even more. "Don't leave Mommy..."
