(Freya's POV)

"I'm sorry, Henry. But it looks like I can't go with you tomorrow," I said in a weak voice. I hoped Henry wouldn't be angry that I canceled my appointment with him.

Tomorrow is the weekend and I had a date with Henry, but I had to cancel because of Ash.

"Why? Did something happen?" his voice sounded worried from across the phone.

I sighed heavily while rubbing my face. I shook my head even though Henry couldn't see it. "No, nothing happened. It's just that I..." I was unable to finish my sentence. More precisely, I was at a loss as to whether I should tell Harry the truth or not.

Yesterday evening, after I went to the hospital with Ash when I heard the news that his grandfather was sick. This afternoon I got another call from Ash. I thought grandfather's condition had worsened, but it turned out that he was complaining to me why I didn't come to see him anymore.

And it made me feel bad if I didn't go to see him. Ash asked me to come see him tomorrow and I couldn't refuse
