CHAPTER 10

(Freya's POV)

"Miss Freya, Mr. Ash Knight is waiting for you in the conference room," one of the receptionists said as I entered the lobby and he hurried over to me.

"Oh, thank you," I replied. I smiled gently at her and she bowed as I walked past.

"Ms. Freya, should I accompany you to your meeting today?" asked Bella, my secretary.

"No need. You just go back to my office and take care of some documents that I asked you to amend a while ago. In the afternoon we have to meet our client at the restaurant," I ordered.

"Yes, Miss Freya."

I entered the elevator together with Bella, but we exited on different floors. I got out first on the 15th floor while Bella still had to wait longer because our room was on the top floor.
