Her Temptation

Liana looked down at the mess, her mind racing as the man continued to glare at her. She knew this wasn't good, and she braced herself for his reaction.

"Do you have any idea what a mess you've made? How am I supposed to enjoy my meal now?" the man seethed, his voice rising in volume.

"I'm so sorry, sir, I will get a replacement dish right away and u will make sure this area is clean as possible" Liana stammered, trying to contain her own emotions.

"Well, you'd better hurry up, young lady. You're costing me valuable time," the man snapped.

Liana bit her lip, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She scurried back to the kitchen, the tray still in her hands, the remnants of the macaroni and cheese now strewn across the dining room floor.

"Liana, what happened?" Lucas asked, with a frown.
