With the unwilling help from King Aragon’s knowledge packed confession, I’d finally gotten all the answers to the questions about Layla that’d plagued me for weeks on end. I was fully aware of her origin and the endless lengths of her potential, but I was primarily content that I’d crossed the milestone of wondering what could possibly kill her.

The knowledge that she was a witch from the primordials pack was enough to give me insight on how best to get rid of her, for good this time around.

Layla had been manifesting gifts that were extremely powerful even at their early stages and I was well aware that I had to kill her before she realized her strengths and reached her true potential.
