"Hayden, this is Keira Kay!" Eugene introduced us. "Ms. Kay, this is Hayden Hart!"

"No need, I'll come with you," I said, ready to follow, but Hayden didn't move.

He turned to Eugene. "Have you eaten? I haven't had anything yet. Is there something to eat here?"
