The Rain2

My breath catches after setting foot on the rooftop, somewhat astonished I stare at Axe who is currently turning his back to me by letting his body be drenched in rainwater. Axe knew I was behind, but he didn't try to prevent me from approaching him or forbid me from following his footsteps.

"What are you doing here, Axe?" I asked a little louder, the rain making the raindrops that fell down pitted between pain and not wanting to be adored, to the point of overpowering any sound that might exist.

"Axe!" I call louder and this time it's accompanied by the clomping of feet that are getting closer.

By now our bodies were both soaked, and the face I was trying to protect was also wet from the rain.

I sighed, unable to look at Axe. I slowly bit my lower lip when I didn't get an answer. I don't know, maybe Axe really thinks of me as a statue or deliberately turns a deaf ear to me so I can keep talking for him. He's really too much.

Couldn't stand waiting too long. I growled, stomped my foot
