Noah’s POV

I felt as if a freight train had hit me. Alicia, my private doctor, the only woman I confided on health matters, had drugged me. It was a hard nut to crack. My head was in turmoil trying to cogitate on any possible reasons that might bring clarity. How could she do this? Why did she?

Liam, my assistant stood in front of me and the look on his face was not a very good one. "Alpha, we found the drug in your system", he said with an accusing tone. "It’s a powerful sedative which is able to knock out even werewolves.”
