Chapter 65: A celebration

My head nodded to agree with Ares. I can't take my eyes off those enemies who are still alive after they surrendered under Alpha Ares. It still confused me about their origin. I know that no one dared to attack Alpha Ares because of his superiority, not unless these enemies didn't know about Ares.

“What if they didn't know about you?”

All eyes turned at me from what I've said, even Ares. He was already furrowing his brows while looking at me.

“That's even impossible, Zenaida. Everyone knows Alpha Ares.”

I let out a deep breath from what Stephen had uttered which I agree with. How come enemies don't recognize Ares. He was popular to all the werewolves because of being the Alpha King. I don't think enemies didn't know him. There might be other reasons.

“Just don't think about them. The important thing now is that this pack is in good hands now. I will leave my men to guard this place not until I have chosen an Alpha to lead this pack for a moment.”
