Chapter 39: Imagination

It seems like my world stopped moving when I saw Ares' face outside of my room. He was leaning against the wall, his hands were inside his pocket. His brows were furrowed when he looked at me.

“What are you wearing?”

His deep baritone voice sent shivers throughout my body. I could feel my body trembling as my eyes were fixated on him.

“I…I have practice with Gamma Drake, Alpha Ares.”

He gazed at me for a minute before responding to me. I was a bit nervous about what could be in his mind at this moment. Knowing Ares, it's just hard to guess his mind.

“You're not going to wear that kind of outfit. It's too revealing. You're going to practice and not going to the club.”

I grit my teeth from what Ares had mentioned. I just don't understand what could be his problem and to avoid argument, I decided to walk out. Changing my outfit would be the best way to prevent a fight with Alpha Ares, so I didn't take too long. After changing into a new outfit, I went out of the room only to fi
