Sasha’s POV

I reviewed the information about the new candidate, Kim, in the meeting room.

She was in her early twenties and had some relevant work experience, although not specifically as a secretary or assistant. Kim had a professional appearance and seemed capable, though perhaps not as polished as Jared. With a bit of adjustment and training, she could potentially fit well into the role.

Looking up at Kim, I questioned her directly, "Why did you choose to work as an assistant when you have no prior experience in this role?"

"I may lack direct experience, but I believe I can excel," Kim replied confidently. She explained that she saw RexCorp as a place where she could grow and thrive, despite her lack of previous experience as an assistant.

Her answer was satisfactory and heartfelt. Out of all the candidates I've seen Kim appears to be the fit, for what I need.

I made the decision to hire Kim away.
